New images have surfaced on actoys.net of the Voyager Starscream in international packaging, which features - as always - photos of the actual toy instead of any form of boxart.

The mugshots are art... on the box... hence, they are "boxart".
I really hate posting news about international packaging for toys... does anybody honestly care? It's the same box, except with multilingual profiles and toy photos instead of boxart. It's the same formula for every figure.

Hey, I'm sure someone cares. It's like those stories about sightings in some far-off country. It effects some members, but not all.
Strange... where the mugshot should be, there's just a pic of the robot mode.

Well, choosing to report news relating to countries outside North America is up to you. Seibertron.com is mainly a North America site so if you don't want to report it, don't.
Just so everyone knows, European law states that an accurate image of the toy has to be put on the box. Since nearly all the drawings show the character in a position that the toy cannot repeat, the actual toy is put on all boxes. This has been the case for a couple of years now with a few Energon toys and all Cybertron ones.

Hmm... that's interesting! It does make sense in the long run. It prevents false advertising.

To tell you the truth i like the US boxart better. Who want to see the same figure that is on the back and that you'll be looking at for the rest of your life. Give me the ugly bot heads anyday over the toy pic.

Yes, it's "International packaging" but it's not necessarily for all countries outside North America. The Australian packaging looks exactly like the ones you guys have in the US, not like this European one!
