Ghost Starscream

So contrary to popular rumor, I'm going to assume that the Generations Ghost Starscream wasn't released the other day. I know the popular belief among some was that it would come out when Buster Prime was released. However, I haven't heard or seen anything about it yet so I'm assuming that means no.
Any word from the other side of the world on this?

According to million hero website, 26th November they will start to mail out.... batch by batch.... They also said if the order do not arrive on 10th December, can contact them....
No signs of the figure on any Japanese sites yet
So we are here, we are waiting....

I'm assuming this is a ROTF figure and not the G1.
