What is the worst transformers figure ever, in your opinion.

Well out of my collection, I would have to say ROFT Rampage, the shovel in the front doesn't like to go back in place in alt mode, so I barely transform him. What's more frustrating is MP4 Meg, I literally left him in alt mode after watching a video on how to transform him. Plus, he's too huge to have epic Autobot and Decepticon wars with.

Depends on what you mean by "Worst".

Falls apart the most and has a gimmick that obliterates any real 'fun' from the toy? TFTM Payload.

Simply LOOKS the worst, and you can't even begin to imagine how it would be turned into a toon / comic? Staxx.

Worst in proportion to advances in toy technology? Cybertron Backstop (Honestly, it could have been made back in G1 and oher than surface detailing not be too out of place).

Of everything to ever have a TF logo on it? The entire Animorphs line.

Of actual Transformers? Armada Laserbeak.

titanium optimal optimus retarded alt mode but i keep him around only cause of the amount of diecast.

I love that someone actually thought about what the word "worst" really means! Yes Staxx is probably subjectively the worst figure to not come with a Happy Meal. I still love him though.

And we have a winner. Any of the G2 Powermasters really, but this guy really is a turd. Honourable mention to Happy Meal Unicron, I actually ate some of McD's disgusting bilge to own this guy, a bigger kick in the nuts than paying top dollar for Henkei 'Cracker only to get the worst physical example of the Classics Seeker mould to date.

2.0 galvatron. THE THING IS A PIECE OF CRAP! the stupid thing falls apart so much when you transform it makes me want to shoot myself! i only have it for the cool tank mode and for the sake of the classics line. i cant believe this was a lucky draw. its like painting a turd gold! its shinny but its still a turd!
another bad one in my opinion is the first movie prime.

Titanium 6-inch Megatron. Not the WW version, but the god-awful tank. Little articulation, falls apart if you glance at it. The main weapon is placed awkwardly at best and not even the turret can rotate!

i hate that one! i have it! i was desperate for the titaniums and he was the only one i could get. i rarely transform him.

I hate it, too. I keep it in tank mode and use it as a stand to give other, more deserving figures a height boost.

My vote has to go to Beastwars Cybershark / R.I.D. Sky Byte.

He's Definitely the bane of my collecting existence. His transformation is awkward ind frustrating, all his panels tend to just pop off of their ball joints when transforming them because there's just not enough clearance. His shark mode is in an awkward position making it kind of hard to pose. his fins just flop off because of the weight, and even his tail arm just doesn't want to lock in place.

I have titanium Megatron and at least he looks cool in Robot mode. Sky Byte doesn't even have that going for him.

If we're talking about Titaniums, I think the list starts with Soundwave. Honestly, how could they screw him up? He transforms into a brick! An actual rectangle. There's so many ways to do him right ... I didn't think it was possible to do him worse than the 20 years old toy, but they managed to do it. Of course I didn't get him at all.

I was very disappointed with the X-wing Luke Skywalker TF. I didn't even put him in my display after I got him ... it just fails. It looks horribly spindly in bot mode and he can't even grip the lightsaber right.

Ugh, Diaper-wave. He's worse than the G1 toy, IMHO. The... area. We all know what I'm talking about. The legs will not stay extended. He looks... chibi, but wrong.

Except for his knees, G1 Soundwave would be sellable today, IMHO. More articulation than Armada Megatron, at least.

The worst figure ever was the first transformer that I ever purchased. Movie Bonecrusher. The plastic it was made from was a huge disappointment, felt cheap. The head looked like a turd and in vehicle form resided where a turd might be located. Very boring as a toy.

The next worst would be the bots in the Wal-mart 12 pack of minicons.

WHAT!? Universe Galvatron is a pretty cool figure. I love the tank mode, and the robot mode is good but could have been better. I think he has a really interesting transformation to.

Compared to some of the others listed, Universe 2.0 Galvatron is virtually the second coming of MP Prime.

In my experience? that little Legends class or whatever version of Scalpel (the Doctor from ROTF) uuuuuuuuuuugh his legs were flying off everywhere and I had to transform him to microscope and leave him (my bff wanted him cuz she likes weird buggy things XD) which took wayyyy longer than usual due to flying legs.

As for just what the hell... Leader class Jetfire. WTF is with that voice? It's cringe inducing. All I can think is that they recorded the voice chip for that before they did the voice decisions for the movie. (also- wtf is with Leader Optimus having *green* eyes? Does anyone know if the Buster version will have blue eyes like he's supposed to? And it still has the "I am Optimus Prime!" speech thing right?)

I have the Transmetal version of this figure, though I can agree with you that hes one of the worst even in my collection due to the not so nice head, he really nice overall. Maybe its caused I got him cheap.. but again I really like the shark mode.. looks kinda cool although like you said some posabilities problems with it..

Yup Buster Prime says "I am Optimus Prime!" and have green LED lights.. Isn't he just cool?

Cybertron Runamuck (don't remember the original figure it was remolded from, some Armada mold...) It just... the alt mode is so-so, but the robot mode is a complete failure.

Cybershark/Sky-Bite is a decent toy. Sure he has a few flaws here and there but that doesn't make him terrible. I can even transform him without popping off a single panel. Want proof:

Cybertron Runamuck was remolded from Armada Sideswipe, one of the worst TFs ever made.

As bad as Sideswipe is, he's a freaking masterpiece compared to the sucktitude that is the RPM line.

Good slaggin' LORD, what a piece of crap! Robot mode's decent, but the alt mode... *Shudders* He's just hanging off the bottom. His panels pop and refuse to line up. His combined mode with Prime... meh. It's not bad[, but it's not good either.
