It seems that the rollback price of $35 us is gone for leader class ROTF.

I also noticed that the price instore was changed to $44.88 us, so youd better get all you can that are still $35 us.

Good Grief! At least wait until the first of 2010 before jacking up prices walmart!!

Wow.. People are still buying less items still and these companies want to raise their prices..
If money was tight before and people were cautious as to what they purchased, what makes them think price raising will help sales??

No matter to me, as I already have all three Leaders. It might have been nice for the price to remain until Starscream came out, but that would be unrealistic if he isn't coming out till 2010. I think SS is worth the 45 bucks anyway, which is what I gladly paid for Prime.

When I clicked on the link, at the bottom, it still said Prime was 35. I was just at Walmart yesterday and Megatron was still 35, so the stores that still have them at that price might be jacking it up within a week or so. Damn, and just when I'm tight on my TF budget.

It's crazy. VAT was reduced in the UK but it's going back up in Jan, even though there are no real signs the the resession is ending.

No one will buy them at that price and it won't be long before they all get marked down massively when the store managers get sick of seeing those big boxes sit on the shelves for months. Hell, even at $35 they can't seem to get rid of them.

Maybe they are due for a markdown to 30???
