Kabaya Food Inc has just released the Kabaya Transformers Gum that come with 3 different convoy's mini toys. Toy images of these convoys have appeared at the Japanese Toy Blog - 水芥.
The convoys are:
- G1 Convoy
- G1 Victory Star Saber
- Classic/Henkei Convoy

Wow. Those look really nice for some candy toys. I am not going to go out of my way to pay a bunch of money for them, but if I come across them somewhere I will pick them up.

Very neat little toys. I wasn't expecting much from the past photos and the fact that they're meant to be "cheap" little things but I'm pretty impressed by the Henkei/Classics version of Convoy/OP. Star Saber looks so adorable with its little frowny eyes sticker.

Any idea how big these are?

Slightly smaller than Legends class figs, about the size of WSTs I believe

Haha, yeah he is pretty funny. He's the one of these three that I really want. They all look pretty nice, but I'm not interested in a mini Classics Prime, and I already have WST Prime.

I wonder, do these actually transform, or do you have to take them apart and reassemble them for transformation?

I already have WST Prime, but a WST Classics Prime & Saber would be cool.

I'm kinda into these, but $40 for the set is a bit steep.

It looks like a bit of both. I see hinges there, but also pegs & peg slots.

They look so cute, hope they make more, a lot more . I'd love to see more non-g1
characters who haven't been given a micronian treatment.
They transform, but 40 usd for 3? Aren't these like 40 usd for a box full of 25?

Definitely gotta get the Classics version... if I can get the dosh.
