Movie Dirge?
I just found this picture on the home page. http://www.seibertron.com/image/item/dirge/11929/large/
Now can anyone tell me what's wrong with the picture?
Before you answer that I overall thing it's freaking awsome as my first reaction. It's only after I stopped thinking about the overall awsomeness that I took a closer look at it.
Has anyone seen the problem yet?
He's got a G1 reminicent cone head in movie styal which is much like Thundercracker, Skywarp, and sertain remolds/repaints of Starscream. Not an issue.
Coloring is preddy awsome and reminicent of Dirge.
He's even got shoulder vents which not even Starscream's mold has. Verry awsome.
Now the issue if you haven't seen it yet is his head, chest, and right hand. If you look closely it appears that he has 3 different cockpits. I don't understand why they gave him a head mold that looks like it has part of the windshield molded into and a fake cockpit on his chest when it's so obvious that the right hand is the real cockpit section. There's no need for tricks like that when there's no movie design to cheat off of. He seems to have been arbitrarily designed this way for no appearent reason. They could of designed him so that the chest and head pieces do actully form the same way the original does but no they thought he'd look better with 3 cockpits. And I bet his arm is stuck in that bend position because of the vehicle mode kibble on his arm.
Like I said he looks freaking amazing at first glance but some how I doubt he's verry articulate. Something tells me hell end up a display figure posed in that same or simular position. At least he looks better than Thrust... either of them.
