LOL...pokemon appendages.
This set makes me wanna go get an Aerialbot combiner set and then one of the add-on sets. A huge improvement. I hope they do a add ons for the other Energon combiner sets. It's the only way I'd change my original opinion about them.

They are, at least for Bruticus Maximus. Check the updates on their site: http://www.fansproject.com/

I'm not sure if they'll bother to tackle Constructicon Maximus but I know the customizer yourreflection from TWF2005 is designing a set. However, his is adding a 6th bot by using another energon/scout class toy, so it's not just an add-on. You also need to custom build and paint it yourself.

Wow! Looks better than the first set. Still, the figure itself is meh. The set ALMOST makes me want to get it.

Hmmm no word on the "Bells and Whistles " ........ I wasn't too pleased with TFsources customer service or their packaging.. This was my 1st transaction with them .. Anyone have bad experiences with them or was this a fluke?

The set totally improves Sup's appearance , I highly recommend picking up either version.. Although im partial to my Snowman

I have had nothing but phenomenal service and experience here. Even when an order has been botched I've been able to work it out directly with Curt the owner over multiple emails.

Some of the packaging I've received has been the best I've ever gotten, and I am a MISB psychopath. Hopefully your experience was a fluke, I'd say try again and see if the 2nd time is better.

This set is a huge improvement over the regular figure. Makes me wish I'd wasted the money on it. Sadly, buying both the figure and the add-on is a bit out of my price range at the moment.

Customer service is...at times a real issue. They are slow to respond to inquiries, questions, etc and are difficult on returns at times (it depends...).

As to the "Bells and Whistles", no. No no no. It was a one page, 2-sided, comic. Printed on card stock, it was little more than an advertisement for Defender.

Hmmm I kinda figured that the 2 sided card was some how their definition of "Bells and whistles", Bummer..I was hoping for maybe something more.

My complaint with their Customer service comes from the package tracking..I didn't get any kind of tracking number from them until the day before i recieved it..The box was in good shape but there was no interior padding what so ever..Kinda like the HTS method of sipping SDCC soundwave..

So, after much dithering I decided to go woth the snowman version, and it arrived today.

Holy crap this set is HUGGING AWESOME! Pictures do not do justice to how much this improves E/ROTF Superion, and the snowman scheme looks much better in person than it does in photos.

I love the set and finally unboxed it yesterday. I do like these colors a lot in person. However, I'm a little let down by how high waisted this figure winds up being, but that's more of an issue with the combiner set versus the FP kit. However, at least all of the joints seem pretty tight so he's pretty easy to pose. Overall, the set gets an A- for me, the updated figure gets a B.

So after finally receiving both halves and assembling Superion last night... his shoulders seemed very narrow. I thought for a while I had it mis-Transformed, but since Silverbolts hand holes peg into the shoulders I don't think thats possible. I've played around with how his arms are angled and such to make it a little better, but it just seems like mine looks different than the ones in pictures. Peaugh's transform mode also didn't help, and i preferred the high tip shoulder style vs the low gorilla look, plus I didn't like how the little wing flaps always were bumping the rest of the arm kibble.

If anyone has any recommendations for good poses besides the -vertical hip position, 1 click out on each foot open stance- position i would be happy to hear it. I also need to go in and tighten up the now elbow joints (previously jet shoulder joints) so that his arms stay in place better.
