Plus-01 God Sword vs TAW-01 God Sword

Could anyone enlighten me on the difference between the Plus-01 sword with the TAW-01 version. What are the difference? Which is of better quality? Trying to get onefor Fortress Maximus, which to know their difference, thanks.

If you want to do it right, do the Plus-01. I've got one of the GodSwords and wasn't blown away.
