To I got the Human Alliance Barricade at walmart and after transforming it I realized that the right arm didn't sit as far in as the left. After a closer look I realize they have the exact same joint from the left arm on the right side except it's turned up side down. the arm seat hits the joint ans restricts movement. I checked other image galleries of the toy and mine seems to be an isolated incident.

Sorry about the low quality. My camera is broken and I had to shoot it on the psp.

Taker' back, get a new one. Problem solved.
