Transformers Animated Spinning Tops

The moment we found out that Takara Tomy would take Transformers Animated under it's wing, we knew that we'd be getting a lot of merchandise. Some would be cool, while some would just be plain silly. We've got the latter this time around, as TFW2005 reports that we'll be receiving 10 Transformers Animated Spinning Tops, in similar fashion as Beyblades. The Autobots will be Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Ironhide, Ratchet and Prowl, while the Decepticons are Megatron, Blitzwing, Lugnut, Starscream and Black Arachnia. The tops are set for release in May, and you check out the advertisement below.

Cool!
For the life of me, I know there were toys like this back in the late 80s/early 90s. "Spin Blades" or something? I loved playing with them.
Then again, toys like this pop up every few years.

The ones i remember had Power Rangers on them I believe.

Are these going to be realeased in the US!? I used to f*king LOVE bayblades! I would still play with them if I knew where any were. But Bayblades with transformers Animated characters on them? WIN!
