Do you prefer seekers, (skywarp, starscream, thndercracker etc..... or

combiners,gestalts ie: bruticus, computron,superion, devastator, etc.....

I'll start :: combiners cause you get different molds (depending on the combiner) and 1 BIG robot !!!

Umm, why does it even matter?

I prefer a quality figure over whether it is a jet or a combiner, any day!

Seekers All the way man, Can't get enough of the decepticon brother jets. I think we need more official seekers characters and hasbro needs to get off there butts and finish putting out the rest of the "Classics" seekers maybe with a tricked out paint job for TC to make him different from the botcon figure.

Combiners are cool, but Seekers are awesome.

Combiners. I wouldn't be that interested in Transformers if Devistator, Superion, & Menasor never came out.

I'm traditionally a seeker fan, but those combiners looks pretty awesome. Hey, if it looks good, it's headed for the counter, seeker OR combiner!

I love Bruticus and ROTF Devastator(his design not his toy), I don't know, seekers just aren't that cool to me...unless of course you count movie StarScream...but still, combiners are just really cool to me, much better than generic jet bots.

Seekers are incredibly dull. Many combiners, however, are fantastic.

Depends. G1 seekers have a place on my shelves, any other generation - movie, armada, cybertron... doesn't; while combiners are allways welcome.

Bought one seeker, bought them all. I don't buy duplicate molds so I don't get excited about repainted seekers, no not even if they did Sunstorm!

I like the Neo G1 Seekers, but I can't say that I've gone crazy and bought the Henkei versions of Thundercracker or the Botcon stuff.

Meanwhile combiners have gotten kinda lame. Power Core combiners have no individual robot modes? Supereme Devestator is the same? And I don't quite like the look of some of cour choices, such as Build King. Then you got your tiny combiners.

I guess the Energon combiners are the big winners, but it's the 3rd party add ons that really save the day for Superion and Bruticus.

So, I guess, Seekers.

If we are talking about toys? Then it comes down to this for me.

Just plain direct from Hasbro/Tomy figures, then I'm gonna go with seekers. Simple, cheap, and easy army building class.

If we go with 3rd party add-ons, like The Crossfire kit, then only the Fans Project, Superion and upcoming Bruticus would be win over the seekers. But without that, they lose!

In fiction? Depends on whose fiction. I personally see the seekers as more of an elite threat, and the combiners as a straight brute power, mebe even the 2nd level of attack to further break down attacks.

seekers are exactly what animated series says they are: BAD COPIES.

Normally I would say Seekers, since I have more of them, but lately I've been much more interested in combiners, due in no small part to Fansproject.

^ This. Similar to kirbenvost, I love army-building seekers (soft-spot for G1 Skywarp since he was my first TF toy), but my recent obsession has been combiners because of:

(1) Getting CrazyDevy upgrades to G1 Devastator...

(2) Picking up Takara reissue Predaking last year (he rules you & your mom).

(3) Drooling over preorders for FansProject upgrades for ROTF Bruticus. Can't wait to get that Swindle, particularly.

Wow, talk about a question that really has no correct answer! Both are awesome-matic and amazing. For me, the Stunticons changed my life!

Combiners. Predaking is king but, Devastator is the O.G.
