http://www.toywiz.com/wheeljackalternatorstransformershasbro.htmlAnybody know why they say this is a rare toy and worth so much? I have one and found it really easily, it has the same packaging too its exactly the same as the version they are trying to sell, but i never heard it was rare.
Any ideas?
Also, does anyone know of a place where i can buy an Alternators Jazz in the UK for a decent price? Or if you own one do you want to sell it?

I think Wheeljack was only in one wave or something, so that would make him harder to find because less were produced.

I bought mine in at a local Argos shop, basically a chain of stores with one catalogue of stuff that you order pay for then pick up right there.

Just about everything on that site is 'rare' according to them. They probably figure once an item is no longer at a traditional store, it becomes 'rare' 'very rare' or 'ultra rare.' For some perspective, they consider Cybertron figures 'Mega Hot.' Their website is comedy when it comes to things of that nature.
As far as getting ahold of the older Alts., eBay is probably the best option at this point.

Alt WheelJack was easy for me to find in ol England.
I agree about Ebay. Use Amazon if the price is right (lol), but if you must, ebay is the way to go.

Ive been looking on ebay for Jazz, i cant find one. I found an alt takara smokescreen though which ive been after, but i really want jazz alot too but i cant afford both. Unless i find jazz soon for the same price im gonna go after smokescreen.
Amazon is almost useless when it comes to alts, either that or they are over £30 for basic molds!
I never thought buying tf's would be so hard in the country.

The Wal-Mart just up the road in Rockford, IL still has one or two Alternator Jazz's in stock from the last wave (part of the reason why we don't have Ravage and Rumble here) along with a Sunstreaker or two. I'll see if they still have them this weekend.

Actually it would be about the same price as if you found it in the UK retail, I believe. It would be $20 for the figure & $20 to ship. Alts. are 20 pounds over there, right?

Yeah roughly, i thought shipping was alot more expensive though, or maybe ive been mislead by the countless numbers of US ebayers and us based toy shops that like to charge $40+ for shipping!
The auction for smokescreen ends in 16 hours though, so i need to decide fast.

Yeah i paid £20 for my wheeljack. The RX8 you can get is shockblast i assume? Ive never seen a Prime for such a low price though, where did you find him?
