It's actually Liokaiser ("Lie-oh-ky-zer"), but this sounds like an interesting idea.
My only qualm with this is that it would reduce Jaruga, Drillhorn, Killbison, Gaihawk, and Hellbat to non-transformable drones.
Also, one of the helicoptors (preferrably the blue one) could work for Deathcobra too.

Back to the name, both the Latin "Caesar" and the German "Kaiser" are acceptable spellings, but his name is still pronounced with "Kaiser". Since Caesar has two possible pronunciations, "Kaiser" (Classic Latin) and "Seezer" (English) and the "Seezer" one is used for Road Caesar, we prefer using the German "Kaiser" for Liokaiser to avoid mistakes.
And everybody knows a Japanese Combiner (or Gattai) has to have a drill tank. So where's Drillhorn?

Hey, your right! I didn't notice Drillhorn's absense.
Maybe the bottom-left Destructicon in this image would be a suitable stand-in? And maybe the top-left Destructicon would be a better Jaruga.

I thought it was spelled LIE-OH-KAIII-SAAAAH!
But uhm... I don't think the powercore combiners (fun as they may look) cannot attain the level of awesomeness of Liokaiser. He wasn't just awesome when he first showed up, he actually continued to be awesome throughout the series. That does a lot for his toy, IMO.

I'm gonna try that out. Looks like a good idea that needs to come to fruition.

I like the ideas, but would be disappointed with no alt modes, and no breast...plates.

Exactly what is Leokaiser without his boobs?
But this is an interesting aspect, with just a bit of paint they could pull off classics versions of the Boobforce, just that they won't have individual bot-modes.

Then take them and place them next to Timelines Deathsaurus and you've got the whole set.

I prefer the Liokaiser to be fully transformable, not just some drones fit for limbs.but yeah, the idea seems pretty exciting,I must say.Anyway Hasbro guys don't seem to be that excited in retaining G1-ish features & traits
Next generation multiforce in line,anyone?

Talk about down grading!!!! Isn't toy technology supposed to be improving but instead cut cost and make drone, is this the end of quality combiners????
