So are Kabaya and Takara two separate entities? Is Kabaya a division of Takara or are they a 3rd party which licenses transformers to make the tiny miniature versions?

Or maybe they are considered bootlegs?

I would like any sort of clarification you guys can give me!

Some 'Kabaya' things arnt actully Kabaya, but knock offs of Kabaya products or Kabaya-like products.

As for the legit Kabaya stuff, I'd always sumed they were a licensed third party company, but I could be entirly wrong.

Yeah there are a lot of Chinese non-licensed knockoffs. Thanks for your response.
