Is Robotkingdom.com a good site to order from?

I'm thinking about placing an order from there but im not sure its the best place.
has anyone ordered from there?
I'm shipping to Canada, is this a good place to order from?
Any feedback at all will be appreciated.

As far as I know they have a good name here.
Their prices are usually some of the bet u can find, but shipping from Hong Kong tends to eat up the difference.
I personally have used Big Bad Toy Store many times as they are located in the US where I'm from, so it might make a difference or not to you since your in Canada

I have gotten things from them twice now. No problems. The shipping costs may make a difference for you though, BBTS may work out cheaper.

We haven't received newsletter updates or anything from them in a month or so. I suggest waiting a bit before I can get some response from them.

When I shop for TF's or TF related products online, I go to two stores. BBTS and Robotkingdom. I have yet to have any kind of problems from either stores. You might pay more for shipping from RK, but their prices sometimes makes it worth going to. Depends on the figures. I have my Henkei Dark Jetfire pre-ordered from there just because it's just so much cheaper then any of the other online retailers. Even with shipping, it's still gonna be waaay cheaper then most other outlets.
Oh, and you will get a confirmation once your item has been shipped. Usually takes about a week or so for me to receive items from them. I live on the US East coast by Philly.

Does anyone know if they split shipments of preorder and in stock items, or hold the order until the preorder can be filled?
I'm assuming it's the latter, but I'd just like someone with experience to comment.

Sometimes the price of shipping can kill the cheaper price but as stated above it can still be cheaper, shipping is quite fast, even faster than from the states in my experience.

I've ordered from them several times, no problems yet, and I live in Canada as well. While their shipping can be expensive for larger items, they have 3 different shipping levels, and the cheapest one is usually quite affordable. I don't know if they hold In-Stock items to wait for preorders to fill though. Probably not, most stores don't, in my experience.
