Our Japanese friend - Alfes 2010 has got his hand and share with us on the Transformers Revenge of The Fallen EZ Collection Movie Devastator (G1 Colour).
The packaging of the toy is similar to Hasbro Version Legend Class Devastator and this is the repaint version, paying homage to Devastator's G1 counterpart.
G1 Colour EZ Devastator has been released in Japan and some Asian countries.

Evidence that even a great colour sceme can't solve ugly.

I love the color scheme, but absolutely hate the head. It's so ugly and so droopy.

on the fence for this one,not crazy about him in the 1st place so i'm a lil bias, why can't they make a big one with individual transformers..it was probably a test to see if the non transforming ones would sell so they can keep doing it (power combiners i think they are called)

The supreme class figure follows the movie CGI, in which the individual components of Devastator do not have robot modes. This Legends class is just a little fun Hasbro had.

Ya know, I can't belive I'm saying this, but this is one time I feel a G1 inspired color scheme actually detracts from the overall figure. Ok, Mixmaster's purple drum looks good, and I like the the purple/black detailing on the figures, but overall, it's just a sea of lime green with some purple and black mixed in. To put it bluntly, it's bland.
The Devastator mold however is awesome, and it doesn't hurt to give fans a choice. Just not for me.

Garish.
Sorry, but that's what it is to me.

I think this proves my point (along with that butt-ass ugly Mixmaster Voyager repaint) that the neon green and purple of G1 needs to just go away. I haven't seen a paint job this ugly in ages...good God that's horrible.

Alt modes look good. Sorry, I am sucker for neon green and purple. Bot / combined mode looks garish. As I already have the Universe / Micromaster version of G1 Devy I will walk on by this one. Hell, I might even return it if it was a gift. Just my two cents.

I don't actually like any of the Devastator toys, but this is the one I would pick if I was forced to make a choice. Everyone thinks it is garish and gawdy and everything, but I think it looks neat in all modes.
I won't possibly buy it though.

I love it, and if it comes out stateside I'll buy it.
It'll be fun to mix and match with the standard one.

Love the colors, it would look great next to my G1; hopefully it cost less than $32.

I like the look, though purple is severely underused.

Seriously, he's mostly green and black. Admittedly, the black unintentionally breaks up the green enough to not look unfinished and it's not a bad combo, so it's a win... I guess.
I'm not a fan of the robot's design, but eliminating the clashing helps a great deal.

I just like that they've renamed Rampage back to Bonecrusher, and Hightower back to Hook. Very sentimental gesture

I wonder if Crazy Devy will bring out a G1 colored versions of his "Mean Robots" upgrades?

If we get this in the States, I will buy it. I like the individual vehicle modes. Supreme Dev in combined mode, with these guys in vehicle mode around him will make for a nice display.

I know this is probably heresy here, but...
The G1 Devastaor color scheme make this mold look like a preying mantis from Chernobyl. It just plain does not work on Movie Devastator.

Yeah, if it had a normal head it would actually look pretty good.
