Fos those that display in the open and not in a case how do you keep them dust free??
A few times i have bought figures that were only used for display and guess who had a clean up job as soon as they got there new figure. So for those that clean them how do you keep'em clean?

A paint brush or a brush is great at cleaning away. I usually do it once a few months.

Feather duster. You need some sort of soft brushing thing as a blast of air won't do it. A brush would probably be better than a feather duster, just make sure it's got very soft bristles.

Funny story, I'm actually setting up for a big TF cleaning session on my next days off (I'd be doing it today but I'm organizing all my instructions and tech-specs today) so my mind is fresh with what I use to clean my collection:
I use feather dusters, micro-fiber cloth, and sometimes give the larger parts a good swiffering...

Not a bad plan. I never even considered... We shall see how this works out and you may once again become my hero for a day.

I put mine in a cabinet, so dust\dirt isn't really an issue. Although when I do, I tend to use a static cloth - to attract the dirt, rather than rub it off.

I suppose, you could just set the Vacuum Cleaner to "blow" and blast the dirt off.

Hours of meticulous cleaning every time I move. So not very often. And I normally use damp paper towels.

No. Unless you enjoy shutting off your vacuum cleaner off every 10 seconds in order to prevent the figure from getting sucked into your Vacuum bag.

Some vacuum cleaners can be reversed so they blow air rather than suck. Not many, but it's possible.

same here, fully enclosed display cases with lockable glass doors are the best bet if you can afford it.

otherwise, a swiffer pad works pretty well, I also use wd40 for any sticker residue on older figures.

My shirt. Or when that proves too large I use a Q-tip. Can't say I've used canned air yet. Might blast my figures into GPS.

I use those cans of keyboard cleaner (compressed air). Simple, cheap, and effective. :BOT:

I have used canned air, and it does fine for me. I don't have much dust where they are, so it works out well.

Also, I tend to wash my hands before I touch any of my figures. If you reduce the amount of oils that get on them, then it keeps dust from adhering to the plastics.

I usually use an old t shirt. If there are spots too small for that, I use a q-tip. If it is a used figure that I bought from ebay or something, I will use some water and a toothbrush as well.
