I got my Fansproject Warbot Defender in today and being as excited as I was I immediately opened it (very carefully) only to be astonished yet bummed out at the same time. It was missing it's weapons pack (dual pistols, dual blades/swords and stand connector). I double checked all the packaging and even the shipping box (knowing that was the least possibility) for the little bag of goodies, but alas not a mistaken on my part (maybe just for spending the extra money). I sent an inquiry to TFSource to see what can be done, hopefully they can send me the missing weapons pack that Fansproject forgot.

I know that the Warbot Defenders were just shipped out this week, but has anyone else experienced this problem (with just this release)?

At $80 a pop, that's more than a bummer...it's a reason to go! But I'm sure TFsource will correct it.

When I got the first release of City Commander he was missing the little black connector that allows Magnus to pull the trailer and becomes the top of the BFG. My order was through BBTS, I emailed them and let them know what happened, they sent me the piece at no cost. Hopefully TFSource will do the same.

Oh man, that's harsh! Yeah, hopefully they'll send you replacements. I can't see why they wouldn't.

Well, whatever happens, be sure to let us know so we can either Yay or Nay on future TFSource purchases... Although they're supposed to be pretty reliable and consumer-friendly.

OOOoooo that burns, especially for the price, hopefully the customer service will take care of it.

It's a one in a million rarity. Embrace it.

Or get angry and smash everything.

Or I guess you can do what you did which is ask the seller for a refund, or another product.

BTW the swords/schimitars are not dual/but singular, they are scissor like, in that they rotate from helicopter blade to a sword blade.

Something similar happened with the City Commander (I think it was the towhitch connecter) and FP made good on it. They should be able to hook you up.

I had to resend a message to TFSource (Curt stated that he sent a reply to me after the first one, but I guess it got dropped between the servers) and Curt responded stating they'll be sending out a replacement set asap.

TFSource = great services!

BTW the FansProject Warbot Defending figure is excellent even w/o the weapons, but I can see how it would be that much more better with them!

they sent one right to me free.
Same thing with the Superion Parallax set.

What was missing from the Superion set?

Dude know what your going thru, got my warbot today from BBTS samething, hopefully this gets taken care of. Sounds like bad quality control to me. Still love fansproject and hope they fix this mess.
