Tak vs Has Bludgeon?

OK I have a question, is there a difference between the Hasbro and Takara versions of the ROTF Voyager Bludgeon or are they exactly the same?
I'm asking this as my only hope of getting him is through import so I want to know which version I should import.

I think Hasbro and Takara releases for ROTF are generally the same.

I have Takara Bludgeon and I don't think there's any difference to the Hasbro version.

I paqid $10 more for my Hasbro Bludgeon at the local flea market. Then a few eeks ago I found Bludgeon at Walmart. He seemed to show up in a drove. They had about 6 when I got there.
