A question about third parties

This has been puzzling me for sometime. It's not important in any way, I'm just curious. I presume Hasbro are the first party manufacturers. Groups like FP are third party. Why? And who is the second party? Am I (a customer) part of the second party?

The first party is the main licence holder in our case Hasbro/TakaraTomy
The second party is the consumer the customer buying the product
The third party is another company or entity that produces products based on the 1st party's property, usually this company has a licence for doing this from the 1st party.

Wholesalers/retailers are the "Second Party"

Oh yes CP is right, the retailers are the 2nd party, got a little mixxed up.
