A long while back I bought a G1(at least I think) Magnus used, but in pretty good condition. The only thing missing is both sets of fists. But recently I've been giving some thought on parting ways with it and the only real difference from the other 3 I have is it has the plastic wheels both cab and trailer.

I've never again have seen another either up close or on eBay. Is parting ways with a wise move or should I keep it and eventually get the old boy some fisticuffs? Any and everyone's input/2cents welcome, thanks!

My G1 Magnus has plastic wheels as well, and an all blue head. Others I've seen have silver horns on the head. I dunno why the production difference.

As for the to keep or to sell part, I'm generally in favor of keeping him and picking up some fists on the cheap somewhere.

Sacred Bovines! I know about the main variations but this is really nitpicking it.

And the production differences all have to do with lowering production costs. In 1986 into 1987 Hasbro switched from using rubber and die cast metal in addition to plastic to all plastic. Some toys even had paint apps removed.
