Found this guy at a flea market for $1. No idea who it is. He's in a few pieces, but I'd like to know who this guy is.

I think Runamuck or Runabout

Battlecharger Runamuck, Runabout is his black twin. They're like Jumpstarters: in car mode, pull them back, let them run for a bit and pop, they transform automatically.
