Pass. DL Soundwave was stellar. Blaster is hideous with his huge shoulders and super wide legs with the USB jacks on the front. Those feet look so tiny compared to those gigantor legs. Soundwave transforming into a mp3 player was a good idea. Blaster into a usb hub is ridiculous. How much blasting does a usb hub do anyway? Why didn't they just stick to what Blaster already is. Transform him into a boom box type device that has two actual speakers so that he can connect to Soundwave?

Preordered a loooooong time ago (and then preordered again ;-) I would have preferred blue eyes instead of yellow (like the original). Other than that, however, looking very sharp :-)

I'm really excited for this guy. A heavily-posable Blaster who can fit the tapes in his chest. Too bad he doesn't appear to come with a weapon.

He's going to have some really bad back and shoulder/arm kibble. That pretty much kills this for me.

I don't care for that either though I've been wanting to replace that Universe Blaster for some time and this one will do nicely.

It'll be nice to have a nice posable Blaster. Universe 2 Blaster just wasn't cutting the mustard for me.

I am sad that he won't have his trademark gun, but I have several spare ones that should fit him. It looks like he has the 5mm hand-hole

Same here... I'm excited to finally get a Blaster that fits in with my Classics collection.

Any suggestions for a look-alike to his G1 gun that would fit?

Could be worse. He could just be another repainted-but-not-remolded Soundwave.
