This is a long shot but...

Hello all.
I recently purchased Beast Wars Lio Convoy and Big Convoy on eBay. I got the Korean versions rather than the Japanese (identical toys but bigger boxes absolutely covered with awesome looking art). I'm very happy with them with only one gripe: The inner packaging is quite possibly the most flimsy material they could have used! You know the kind of plastic they use to make the trays for chocolate selection boxes?! That's the kind I'm talking about!! Needless to say it's very fragile and doesn't take much abuse. So parts of Lio and Big's packaging is already split in places... which kind of spoils otherwise mint examples of these awesome toys.
Long story short, does anyone know of anyone individual or company that machines custom packaging? I was hoping someone somewhere could produce a replica of the moulded tray my Convoys sit in, just in a harder plastic. As I said, it's a long shot and I'm probably crazy and asking the impossible but if you don't ask you don't get!! Any help anyone can give would be most appreciated!
'Till all are one!

Not specifically, but you could look up a company that does vaccum molding.
Though, it may end up costing as much as purchasing the Japanese versions would have to begin with.
also...there's a Korean version of Lio Convoy?

Do a google image search for 'Lio Convoy Sonokong Korean Version.'

I did and... guess what... well I'll be damned:
BBTS Lio Convoy (Korean) listingIt seems Lio Convoy has a variation; some versions have no rubsign on the inside of the Matrix panel.

0 results. You know, this makes me believe more that Takara has lost the mold somehow. They were unable to supply it for BotCon Alpha Trion, and now for Sonokong as well.
Really, it was the first hit for me? Although the base image doesn't exist, the thumbnail is clearly Sonokong style packaging.

That's the one!! Isn't the big box and the artwork fantastic?! Far better than the Japanese box with the big plastic window (in my opinion anyway!).

Yeah, you have something that's been previously unknown to two of the most TF knowledgeable people on the site. Well done!

Sonokong Lio has been around for quite sometime. I thought you guys knew about it?
Anyway my Taiwan made Takara Lio Convoy doesn't have the Maximal rub sign on his chest too. Must have been over runs that were sold in my country.
