I'm debating on if I should go to my local Meijer's at 12:01 tonight to get the movie toys, or if I should wait. What do my fellow Seibertroians think?

I am going to Wal-Mart to snag the last few movie toys I am missing besides the Target/TRU exclusives.

I already hit Meijer in Jackson, MI up again tonight. Scored a 2nd Bonecrusher and x2 Swindle. They didn't have them out a few nights ago.

My WalMart took a step backwards. A few days ago they had many movie toys, now they have .... NONE! Not even a shelf tag! The whole section had been replaced with other toys. I searched the store to see if they were moved, but no, they were gone!

Nobody around here bothers with street dates. Its whatever day that shipment is to be put out (after the release date). So rarely is anything out the day it is supposed to with the exception of cd's or movies. UGH!

It's iffy, I went to 3 Wal Marts tonight and only 1 had the shelf space ready for the movie figures. And I don't have a Meijers around here.

I might stop by my local Walmart, I know they were getting the shelf space ready. My local target had all the shelves ready today so I'll be hitting them tomorrow.

Just got back from my Wal Mart. It was a beautiful thing. There were a couple of other fans there, and the stock lady was very nice, letting us get whatever we wanted.

Very glad that I went.

I just got back too, the stocker lady knows my number, so when I called she was ready for me to get there.

They had almost everything, I saw no real gear, but they were still on the pallet, I saw the Wal-Mart Exclusive Barricade and Bumblebee, but had no clue what it was when I read the box.

It was actually my Gf's idea, I went earlier today and they would not let me buy them, so the stupid thing is the manager lied about pulling the rest of them and taking down the huge banner, yet did indeed whisk the ones I had picked out with the best paintjobs off to her little private piece of hell.

But tonight I had the pick of the litter, I got into the wave 2 box for Swindle, and luckily they had 2 cases of Robot heroes, so I got to get another Mirage and Starscream, they are only one to a case, so get them if you see them, as said above the manager had taken the only one that was out today, that were stocked in the Spider Man-3 heroes display.

Yes, it's time to go to Wal-Mart.

Just got back from Wal-Mart, and either I was too early, or too late. They had everything labeled for Movie TFs, but it looked like they already sold out, or hadn't stocked them yet. Just an empty shelf... :?

This is the same post I put in the Michigan thread but I wanted to share it with you folks who are not from MI.

So...this is how my night went.

We showed up at the Lansing Wal-Mart (Eastwood) at 11:45PM. We walked around and saw a bunch of pallets but nothing much Transformers related besides some cases of deluxe figures.

At 12:01AM still nothing, walked around for a bit and couldn't find the guys from toys I had talked to a week or so ago about buying the movie stuff at 12:01 on June 2nd.

So we left and I was sad.

My girlfriend called the Jackson Wal-Mart around 12:15AM and asked if they had planned on stocking the movie toys that are supposed to be for sale on June 2nd. The guy said he was trying to make room for them so she asked if we showed up if we could buy them even if they were not on display yet. He said yes.

Well, the Jackson Wal-Mart once again comes though. Those guys kick some serious ass. We showed up around 12:50 and talked to the guy, he started pulling pallets of movie stuff I counted at least 22 cases of deluxe figures not counting the other stuff (2 very, very large pallets and one smaller one).

He gave us free reign over everything. Opening cases of figures left and right.

Ended up hauling out of there another $200 worth of stuff over the $180 I spent at Meijer a few nights ago.

This time I got:

2x Swindle
1x Bonecrusher
2x Blackout
1x Autobot Rachet
1x FAB: Cannon Blast Ironhide
1x FAB: Battle Blade Starscream
1x FAB: Power Hook Optimus Prime
1x FAB: Ion Blast Autobot Jazz
1x FAB: Double Missile Decepticon Brawl
1x FAB: Axe Attack Autobot Rachet
1x Bumblebee vs. Barricade - First Encounter (Wal-Mart Exclusive)
1x Robot Heroes: Optimus Prime vs. Ravage
2x Robot Heroes: Ultra Magnus vs. Megatron
2x Robot Heroes: Bumblebee vs. Soundwave

They didn't have any of the Robot Heroes 5 Packs, Bumblebee Unleashed or Leader Class figures unless they were on a pallet the guy didn't know about. Everything else they had at least 10+ cases including the Optimash Prime, Water Shooter, 3" Titanium, .etc.

Great run down there and the guy working toys was fantastic per-usual. Going to call the manager of the store again tomorrow and let her know how much of an awesome job those guys do and how they go above and beyond to be helpful!

EDIT: Damn, I forgot to grab a Wreckage for you drive-by :(

I arrived at my Mesa (next to phoenix) Arizona walmart 12:04 a.m. and found 4 other people going through the tf's :o

I walked out with wreckage, a whole case including the cardboard hasbro box of 4 voyagers within, and the walmart exclusive.

I think these toys are going to be more popular than i anticipated.

I got to Meijer’s at 11:55, and was able to pick off of the pallet. The stocking crew was very nice. I got Prime, FAB Prime, RH Prime Vs. Ravage. They also had the Starscream blaster, but I passed on that. Wal mart across the street had nothing.

Just went to Wal-Mart again. This time they had 2 Leader Primes, and all of the Real Gears.

I'll be checking out both Wal marts near me today, plus I'm driving back to Dayton to see my parents, so I'll check stores there too.

Went to one of the Wal Marts in town, and the stocker was very rude. I was looking though the TF's on the shelve, when the stocker yelled at me for looking at them, so I grabbed Jazz and Barricade, and left.

I went to my Wal*Mart this morning around 10am and I think I was the first one to buy movie figures. All of their displays/racks looked to be fresh stock. The only items missing from their shelves were the leader class; wonder if they even got any of them.

You should have talked to a manager, I would have. The general rule of thumb at Wal-Mart as far as I have been told by people I know online who work there is if an employee goes off on a customer it could cost them their job.

I wouldn't want the person to get fired but I would want them to understand that I'm the customer and they are the employee.

I'm not too worreid to it. It was not the good Wal Mart in town. Now if it was the one I always go to, then I'd have raised a big stink about it.
