Why??



First club toy and I'm not a happy camper. Sure it's probably a variant, maybe I maybe the only one...but I really, really wanted to have a painted face like my Henkei Hot Shot, really. Oh well...anyhoo here goes comparison pics of Dion and Henkei Hot Shot.

I love the paint job, but the orange face kills it for me !

Just go to the club site and contact via email or even try and give them a call tomorrow.. Everytime I have had to contact funpub/tfcc i always get a speedy response..Since this is the free club figure for this year I'm sure they will help you out..Although personally i would keep it

If they send you a replacement figure, I call dibs on the left leg from yours, mine has a blobby paint app on the yellow circle.

J/K, they will probably just send you out a new head.

I haven't transformed mine; I hope his face is painted!

Cop-tur doesn't seem to snap or clip into place on the back of the car mode; it just kind of balances there and falls off if I bump it. Is it supposed to be like that?

My Dion is due anytime and i hope theres no issue with him, cause of the wait and the membership fee is good enough reason to start complaining...oh wait i havent got mine yet...lol

Well..I tried to contact them no such luck. Where's the phone number? From what the email said about the P/CP shipment all the Dion figures have been shipped. I guess I'll have to buy a hobby marker and paint it myself. Is the face white or silver...let me know. I remember Siebs painting the face of his Universe Ironhide..so I guess I can do the same too.

No man, don't let it slide. They may be busy this week with BotCon and the PCP orders, but keep trying to get through. Make them switch it out.

Hopefully you can get ahold of them this week because in the P/CP shipping email they said their offices will be closed June 21-30 to get ready for Botcon.

Well, at least yor problem can be fixed with a little silver paint.

Mine seems to have a problem where his forefoot will not lock in place like Henkei Hot Shot.

It's this teeny tiny bit of plastic that sticks out into the hollow part of his foot.

I have some pictures here. Sorry about the size but I doubt it would be easy to see it if they were small.

That's the way it should look. But on Dion that peice of plastic has been cut clean off.

If this is not a common problem then I would like to be informed so I can send an e-mail to fun pubs and see if I can get it replaced.

P.S.
Careful with the white paint on his legs.
We'd only transformed him once, and already he had two massive paint chips there.

In the upside of things, I got an email from Angie at TFCC about getting a replacement head but I don't know when it will happen. The downside is only those who order both P/CP and SG Cyclonus will get their orders before those who ordered the item separately, because they have to get ready for BotCon. That's fine but it stated they won't start shipping again until July.

It's understandable but at the same time unacceptable because I have paid away in advance back in March. July is too long a wait Even Mattel was not this bad.
