I'm going to be a sad collector if the two bigger sets are gone Friday.

I guess I won't be getting Rapido or SG Ravage. Too expensive and I'm not interested in Cindersaur or Doublepunch. :-(

Just sell off the ones you don't want. I know some fans may be interested in those. ;)

I so want SG Ravage, I wish I had been able to go.

If anyone's willing to let one go(or wants just Doublepunch but not Scorch and Ravage and is willing to be reimbursed after the show), I'd be very willing to take it off their hands...

I know everyone asks this... but is there anyone out there who'd be willing to pick me up one of the sets? I'm really digging the Sharkticons, and the Scorch and Doublepunch set. Either one of those would do me just fine. PM if anyone's willing to help out a poor, BotCon deprived Canadian

Same here. I would like to get the Sharkticon set, but I'm sure I am one of many. If anyone can help, please PM me. I know this is kind of late notice, but we didn't get confirmation on this 3-pack until recently.

I can't believe this guy on ebay wants $75 a piece for each sharkticon.

Max I'll pay is maybe $160 for a set of three, no way I'm paying $225 for all of them.

I can't believe this guy already has 5 sets. I thought they were limiting to one person until everyone has been through and had a chance to buy, including walk-ins through a certain time this year.

Maybe because he traded for them.. if not the system didn't work as planned.

He's got 5 of everything, just about.. $200 for rapido and cindersaur? Ouch...

Unfortunately, this is what we are going to see on eBay for a few weeks now. The sad part, however, is he will probably sell a few for that price. Knowing that the 3-pack is only $59 at BotCon hurts even more.

You want to talk about greed:

http://cgi.ebay.com/SLICER-Transformers ... 3a5c3c4f83

That is nuts. Of course this isn't much better:

http://cgi.ebay.com/Gnaw-Transformers-B ... 3a5c3c476d

Not surprisingly, it is the same seller. Same guy that originally wanted $350 for P/CP a week or so ago.

Yeah, I had seen that, also. Fortunately, no one bit. That's the only way the prices will come down is when people keep their heads about them and don't pay those crazy prices. Can't blame him for trying, though, I suppose...

There's always someone that gives in to those crazy prices though. That's the problem.

Ah scalpers you never to fail to disappoint me with your rampant greed.

The fact that some of these guys have multiples to sell, is a clear indicator that either the system FUNPUB uses is flawed or they are purposely selling them to people this way.

Either way it's disgusting.

And good luck to the guys asking for help, I've been asking for help with Ravage or Sky-bite for weeks without a decent response. I have no issue paying a bit higher than cost, but $200 for the Scorch/DP set just for Ravage isn't worth it.

I can't help with Ravage, but I do have an extra Sky-Byte. I picked up 1 extra bagged set just for this situation. I'm pretty leary of helping people out (sad isn't it?) unless I know I can trust them. I believe you're one of the guys around here who won't turn around and resell.

Anyway, won't be here for a few weeks, of course as I'm a non-attendee. He's yours for $50 + shipping and paypal fees. I just divided $210 by 5 and rounded up from $42 to $50 my efforts. Total with shipping and paypal would be $65.

If interested let me know, and I will sell it to you.

As long as shipping won't be to much. I am indeed interested. (USPS is fine by me)

Kudos to HighPrime. Very kind offer.

I just realized my eBay link probably makes others think I am a scalper of sorts. The irony isn't lost on me. I honestly just want some up-to-date Sharkticons for my 1986 movie stuff. Oh well. If I don't get them now, I'm sure I will eventually.

Meh, nothing crazy going on in your lists. A lot of us, including me, are guilty of wanting to make a quick buck. We'd want to help, also. As I eluded to before, the fact that there's those lurking around claiming hardship, and then turn around and resell makes me think twice before helping others out in situations like this. Very sad, indeed.

I think the last TF to be sold/traded out of my collection was almost 10 years ago....

Indeed. Counterpunch sold me a Landshark from last years set at a similar decent price, it is good to know that there are people who are still willing to help those who can't make it.
