Has anyone seen these before? It looks like they're model kits.

If it has "Kabaya" on it, then they're candy toys. Simple model kits that come with small bits of "candy".

But there is a WSTF Springer out there. I know, I have two of them.

Sort of borderline official, Takara Tomy gave a company the one or two day rights to produce Springer, Magnus, Arcee, Wheelie, and others in WSTF form for one of their toy conventions.

I paid $120 and $100 for them, I think. I know expensive, but also rare. The Magnus was going for $400 when I stopped bidding on it.
