Hey, Just looking at the above photo and wondering what the names are of all the transformers that use Dinobot's mold? I know one is of course Dinobot and another is Grimlock but it would be a great help if you could tell me.

Thanks.

Let see:

Repaints:
Beast Wars Grimlock (1997)
Fox Kids Dinobot (1999)
10th Anniversary Dinobot (2006).

Remolds:
Thrustor (1998, Japan)
Hardhead (1999, Japan)
Dinotron (2000)
Dinobots Gimlock (2003).

Someone chime in if I missed any.

Thanks for that, I just want to pick up one of the versions of this mold, and I needed to know what to search for. :D

Let me complete the list with these:

Repaints:
Beast Wars Dinobot, 2nd Year run (1998 Japan, anime colors)
Telemocha Dinobot (2008, Japan)

Dinobots Grimlock being under Remolds may require an explanation: the sword has been shortened to the point the tip doesn't stick out of the tail in Beast Mode. Funnily enough, it was restored to full length for the 10th Anniversary reissue. And technically speaking, Beast Wars Grimlock is a remold as well, as the chest area under the raptor head was resculpted to make place for a rubsign. This change made it into every subsequent use of the mold.

Ahh yes, the more cartoon accurate repaints.

In any case, Telemocha is probably the one to try and get, though it may be difficult. Hardhead, would probably be the last choice.

Thrustor on the other hand is a interesting retool, I kind of think of him as the 6 Million dollar Raptor. "We have the technology, we can rebuild him" with cybernetic implants all over.

Yeah, I'm actually looking into getting show accurate beast wars figures, and I have heard Telemocha are the ones to go for, unfortunately eBay is the only place I can think of to search for the figures and they have none there.

Don't forget Beast Wars Reborn, with show-accurate remold of the Ultra Primal and Megatron figures.

BBTS.com used to have quite the stock of Telemocha Beastwars figures I got my Telemocha SP DX Convoy from them a while back, but yeah considering the Telemocha line is about 3 years old its not the easiest to get a hold of.

Try online stores like TFsource, Robotkingdom etc.. and you may get lucky.
