Wonderfest Arcee sold for $381?? n others!!

I was all over trying to get this arcee for a while. I lost one auction in the last seconds for a black takara arcee and the wonderfest with free shipping went for $122.00 bucks! he sold the black for 60+ and wonderfest for $381.00 jeez!!!!! I know it's cool but man! Lawson Bee brought 115.00ish.
So any reason for the spike in price??? Damn... now i'll just forget about getting her! ahhh.

I can't put my head around 400 bones for that figure!
I know we've had the misb discussion... I have almost all mine still sealed and a small portion opened. That's what two young boys will do . haha. I think every figure opened is missing a part!

Man, Wonderfest Arcee is on my list too. I wonder how much a loose one would go for? Not that I ever see them for sale anyway.

You see one ever 3 or 4 months. Bodhar had a loose one for $99 that didn't sell about two months ago.

Amazing. I wouldn't give someone $10 for that mold, let alone close to $400.
As for the auction itself, shill bidding is a distinct possibility. Especially considering that other one went for around $250 (which ist still ludicrous). Of course it could have simply been some movie completists bidding against each other. Bidding wars are not uncommon for rare and unusual items.

I don't know... I like the figure but the head sculpt is ugly!
I beleive it's worth whatever people are willing to bring.. but i've watched them for about a year seen one sit for 6 months buy it now best off 199.99 which is ridiculous considering I just lost black arcee and g1 wonderfest for combined 122.00 buck! I personally Like the Lawson Bee and the Clear takara Protoform Prime and Starscream. I would've like to have her to go with the other G1 movie colored toys. (Prime, starscream, jazz, ratchet ect)
