I just checked BBTS and the pre-order of Generations Blurr is sold out already!!
I only got an email yesterday letting me know he was even available ;-(
Looks like he's gained a bit of weight since his heyday in the 1980s LOL.

By the way, Blurrz is this you?

I was lucky enough to grab one, but again, they will see regular release, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

I got lucky, I'll admit to it. I checked BBTS at the right time to see that they had posted the new figs. I suspect they'll do a restock of the preorder at some point, and like TT said: it will see mass release. I wish you luck

Thanks! You're right, mass release. With P/CP, Unicron, Skyfire, Seacons etc it seems that all i've been buying this year is exclusives so when I saw the 'sold out' I automatically thought the worst.
I'll have to be quicker off the mark when Sourge, Jazz, Tracks and Grapple get released as I'm definitely going to get those badboys too!

Scourge will really go fast, everyone will want SWEEPs.

This happens a lot when the pre-order opens for a popular character, it will reopen before the figure gets released.

Agreed, this is only one I would be concerned about for this reason. Even people who don't usually buy multiples will potentially buy three of four of these. I will and I already have have Botcon Scourge and Sweeps, but the new mold will probably represent the characters better.

Having seen the final product from Hasbro with the changed paint apps I've decided to pass on this guy. I liked the look of the pictures from Botcon but you can't just give any old Transformers car robot a slightly similar paint scheme to G1 Blurr and say it's Blurr.

I'll wait for the Takara Tomy version which if true to form, will be more G1 accurate and might, just might have a re-molded head so blue drift actually bares some resemblance to the character he is supposed to have been re-painted into.

The generations line looks awesome, especially for US fans who missed out on some of the exclusives & Red Alert but I just hope Hasbro do a better job with Jazz, Tracks, Grapple and Scourge.

And scouring the stores day after day doesn't hurt either ;)

I'm trying my hardest to wait for these in stores, but it's taking so long for Generations to get released up here...

Knowing the delivery/put out new stock day of most of the stores in my area helps too!

It seems pre-orders are back up for Blurr. Just put one in my loot pile (even though I probably shouldn't). The soonest Canada will probably see this guy is next spring at this rate. The thing I've noticed about being a TF collector/fan in Canada means you have to have patience, and I just don't have any :BANG_HEAD:

Right there with ya... the waiting is killing me. I'm seriously considering ordering wave 1 from BBTS too. Just need to wait until I can afford it. :-(

Hokey expressions and ancient box stores are no match for a good pre-order at your side, kid.

It's as if millions of Transformers fans cried out in pain all at once.
