Oh man, I keep forgetting about Kohl's!
Don't count on Kohl's as a definite possibility. I went to one yesterday morning looking for the new TFs. Their action figure area was almost non-existent, with only Bakugans and Pixar's Cars figurines to show it existed, and even then, most of what they had was lying on the bottom shelf in an disorganized pile. >_<;;;
I'll have to go check K-Mart later today, but going by my past experiences with K-Mart, I would not be surprised if they still had ROTF and Animated toys littering the pegs and shelves.
TRUs have been the only place with new stuff, and even then, the ones I want sell out quick while the rest lingers. Last week, I went to the TRU in Durham, NC that had 4 CybOPs and 4 CybBBs, but no Drifts or Thrusts, yesterday I went back and all eight were gone(2 of which I bought) while HFTD, PCCs, Legends, and Activators continued to linger on the shelf. And another TRU (the one in Cary, NC that I visit more frequently), last week only had 3 HFTD TFs and some Activators, but this week had full stockings on all the new lines *BUT* Generations. >_<;;; And no, there wasn't even any space there on the pegs or shelving that said "Yes, we had Generation, but nah-nah, you were too late!".
I can't say I'm surprised that Generations, the line everyone is waiting on and wants to buy, is short- or out-of-stocked while the rest of the crap that very few people seem to want (well, I guess the PCCs aren't all crap, as I did buy and do like the Combaticon set and there are a few others I want, and also bought SeaSpray, but we all know that he fits in better with Generations than with HFTD) is filling the shelfs to the brim and not moving as fast.
If only Target and Wal-mart weren't stuffed to the gills with regular and Tuner Mudflaps, Stalker Scorponok, NEST battle packs, Desert Tracker Ratchets, Demolishers and Stratospheres that nobody wants, they'd probably be breaking out the new stuff. Oh, if only to be a fly on the wall when the Hasbro execs decide which toys to repaint what way and how many to make.

Honestly, who thought repainting Scorponok was a good idea? And Tuner Mudflap too?
