Seibertron member Phil brought to our attention that on the back of the recently released Transformers Robot Heroes packaging, four more figures for the collector's line has been advertised that previously have gone unmentioned. He send a scan of the back of the card to reveil, Jazz and Thundercracker, and Optimus Prime opening the Matrix & Unicron.

I hope they make a larger Unicron. I believe I saw pictures where there was a large Marvel Sentinel and Galactus in the works....
A large Unicron seems like a softball...
I'm hoping they make a gestalts wave! And the rest of the dinos...

Looking at the back all the names are 'TM' or ®.
What's the difference between trademarks (TM), or copyrighted (®)? Just curious...

This is old news, these were revealed a long time ago on TFW2005 and they've been on ebay for weeks.
Although I must say these are supremely cool figures.

Wave 1 was all we had in Toys'r'us yesterday, though a random single box of wave 2 Real Gear Robots ended up at a branch in England somehow. Lucky them.

(R) is a Registered Trademark.
The difference between a Registered Trademark and a Trademark? In theory, nothing. In reality, it's much harder to win a trademark infringement case if it's not registered.

I like these figures, and would also love to see the gestalts/combiners as well. Problem is, I don't want to see High Tower as a Constructicon again. Hasbro has lost a lot of the trademarks to the names of the gestalts, so we don't get the original caharacter's names (just like "Insecticon" -- they could have at least named him "Insecticon Shrapnel" just like they do with "Autobot Jazz"). And I agree, seeing a Galactus- or Sentinel-sized Unicron would be great. Stick some Quintessons and some Sharticons in the box as well and that will be perfect!

Megatron looks adorable, and Unicron is very well done to.
The Soundwave/Bumblebee set is still my favourite, and a definite must-buy!
Bring on the Movie Robot Heroes now! I want a cute little Blackout toy!

Saw and bought the Magnus/Megatron and the Bumblebee/Soundwave packs. VERY cool. If you put Soundwave and Bumblebee together, it looks like they're doing a collar-and-elbow tie-up.

I like these things, the idea reminds me of Battle Beasts. Maybe they'll make vehicles for them too.

I have all of wave 1 (save for the Wal-Mart exclusive box set) and I noticed these on the back as well. I love this line! They look so great in package, that's where I've left them... for now.

The big difference is that they own a TM, which is copyrighted. So if you use a Hasbro Trademark, they can sue your ass up and down and which ever way they choose to.
With a ®, they own the use of the trademark. But the trademark itself is owned by the goverment. They could still sue you, but have to do so with the goverment's permission.
The display of tm and ® (and ©) is you that in terms of legal incidents, you know to whom you must appeal.
