Has anyone had there shipment from Robotkingdom sent to the wrong address?

Well i'vee been wating on my fansproject warbot defender for twp months now (because of a hinki hound restock) and today i find out its been sent to address thats not mine has this happened to any one and what can i do to get my stuff?

I have heard of this happening before with them.

You need to get in touch with them asap. Get ahead of the problem and work it out with them. Beyond that, it's really going to be a matter of how much you push.

Just make sure that you gave them the right address to begin with...

whell my problem with robotkingdom has been solved some wait still waiting on a pre order and a henki starscream that wasnt in with my warbot definder but i have since ordered the new universe 3 pack and a beast wars 2 dreadwing - got them in 4 days. I now know that when dealing with robotkingdom in the future ill only order in stock items :CON:

Yeah. I pre-ordered a couple Unicron figures from them before I moved. I have tried e-mailing them at least a dozen times with the new address and have had ZERO responses. I'm finished with them after this order. Unless I'm ordering a lot of stuff, they really aren't much cheaper than other online stores once shipping is factored.
