Help With Bomshock's Legs (I need a cure!)

Well I received a Bombshock With Combaticons today and... his crotch up is great. However...
The legs suck.
Here is how it is: The half track does not openall the way, giving room to lean and fallover. It isnt all too bad though. This isnt my real gripe.
The Swindle-esque jeep is just... terrible. when put on the peg (after much needed force) it pops right off immediately. THen once it finally stays on it has no balance and falls over. I need to know if anyone else has this problem and if I should return the whole set back to the store or send the drone to hasbro and see if they are nice enough to replace it.
I want the second option.
Any help is appreciated.

Mine doesn't suffer from either of those problems.
However, from personal experience(at least TWICE), I can tell you that if you contact Hasbro, they'll tell you to pack up the entire toy, e-mail you a pre-paid packing label, and then either send you the same product back OR an equally valued product. They will NOT send you a single replacement piece, only a replacement product.
You're better off exchanging it at the store you purchased it from, since that's all you'll be able to do anyway.

I opened this one yesterday and I'm taking it back for a refund because of the jeep and the fact that he's generally very poor. He can't stand thanks to the jeep popping off and having no stability.

Most people don't know it, but Bombshock's legs/hips are assembled in correctly. It's an easy fix. You'll know if yours is wrong because in vehicle mode, the side panels do not actually tab in to the locking points like they should. They'll be close, but not perfect.

At least have the decency to actually show us the fix. Please, with a cherry on top?

Looking at him now, I
think his hip piece is molded backwards. Solution is to turn it around and then unscrew and swap the legs below the thigh swivel.
This won't do anything to help the popping combiner plugs, though. I think the halftrack can be fixed like RotF Sideswipe, by sticking a piece of cardboard in on the back wall so the plug won't slip into that open space. My jeep is fine, though, so no word on that issue.

My Bombshock has bad knee connectors. The drones work fine on Smolder, even the shoulder pegs click nicely, but no limb will stay on his knees.

I noticed that and tried swapping the legs but it didn't work so put them back and discovered that you're supposed to bend the legs slightly at hips and knees, then everything fits and the wheels are level.

I haven't had a problem with my Bombshock, all the combaticons peg correctly and it balances no problems. You might have just gotten a faulty figure. Like some of the others have suggested either contact Hasbro or take it back to where you purchased it and ask for a refund.
