I must have gotten really lucky, I have had no problems with any of my Movie Voyages. I've transformed Blackout at least six times, love him, and don't have any problems with the tabs or any stress marks.

I like him but I have stress marks on mine also. One tab was stressed from the factory.

Same here. I've transformed Ironhide and Starscream a good 8 times each and have had no problems with either of them. I will say however that you have to be extremely carefull to make sure the pieces line up before shoving or you will break something.

One of taps on my Blackout somehow got twisted 30 degrees. I had to use a small pair of pliers to bend them back, I almost broke it off.

One of mine is too (on the figure's right). That's disappointing.
It doesn't seem like the tabs are necessary anyway.

I feel your pain. Both Hasbro and Takara have gotten cheap and expensive at the same time. Even Mp Megatron has cheap tabs. Also may it come to no surprise that the upcoming Transformers film will be cheaply done too.

I still stand by my conviction that the only problem with Blackout is his fugly ass robot mode, and that's Michael Bay/ILM's fault, not Hasbro's toy department's fault.

Darn I thought I had no problems with my son's Blackout but when we tried to transform him back to Helicopter, a lot of parts wouldn't hold in place, especially the front nose part kept turning up. When you try to put it in place, the back under tail part pops out!!! Seems like all the locking mechanisms are loose. I had this same problem with wreckage.
Man what is wrong with this line of figures.

I noticed alot of potential breakage when I took my movie figures out of the boxes and put them up. I'm glad I just put mine up on shelves and don't screw with them after hearing all the problem you guys are having.
Sounds like I shouldn't touch my movie figures ever again.

These toys are not meant to be played with it seems.

and I'd like blackout too... shame. I will have to transform them once and pick a form to keep it in. I like to take pics of them to put on my website.

That's really too bad... I collect TF's that transform into military vehicles, so I was probably going to get Blackout, but now I don't know...

On my loose Blackout, I think I am gonna just use some super glue on the knobs and build up some thickness so they hold when snap together.

I'd really like this figure, if he could transform. The damn nose section is out of whack and continues to pop up... and I just noticed some stress marks.
Goddamn it.

My blackout's suffering from stress marks. I risked wiggling them but they still seem pretty strong, not gonna break any time soon, I hope.
And yup, my vehicle mode wont stay put. I put a tiny bit of blu-tack in the legs where the pins on his tail go so that they STICK in place, then its just a matter of pushing the nose down every now and again while I'm whirling him around my bedroom

Absolutely love both modes though. He's absolutely the sex.

Mine has stress marks as well, but the tabs aren't broken. I'm more worried about popping the main shoulder off. I love the figure though. Mine is pretty good.

Skorponok's cage bit doesn't swing around on my Blackout.
