I've always loved static, non missile losing weapons on my toys. If a 3rd part company came out with weapon backs from WFC I would buy every one of them. Unless Crazydevy released them, because I just couldn't stand spending $20+ on one guy released every month...

I'd support weapon packs from a 3rd party company for the right price.

Yeah, if they weren't too expensive I'd by them.

You mean like this?

Yes, it's based on the trailer and not the actual weapon from within the game, but... Still pretty sweet, eh? Release date still unknown, but apparently it was commissioned to originally be part of a weapons pack being put out by a new group I have not heard of before, Corbot V. Anyway, latest seems to indicate that it will be released by itself, with orange translucent blades, and, depending on costs, possibly also paint apps to better simulate the 'energized' look of the blade, with a price point somwhere below $25. It sounds as though another pack is in the works, as well.

So I guess we'll get to wait and see, eh?

I'd happily pay $15 for the axe. Looks like it would be a great accessory!

I'm hoping that further WfC Generations figures include other official weapons from the game.

If they don't, I'm sure third parties will make them, but gah. That cost...

Exactly the type of stuff i was thinking plus the projectile weapons. I was also leaning on using them for the classics line of toys, kinda give them edge, ya know. Thank for the post

I considered posting a direct link to the TFW2005 forum topic with more up to date pictures, but I wasn't sure if that was allowed. Some previous forums I've been a member of have had restrictions on that sort of thing. Eh, I figure another picture will be fine.

Hey guys. As Snackist pointed out, this is a future 3rd party item. I was only given permission to post it on a couple sites, to get feedback from fans. But that doesn't stop others from reposting the photos. :) An official announcement by Corbot V, the group producing this, we be online sometime next week, along with a new photo gallery of the resin test sample. They are aiming to have the price well under $25, but as everyone knows, it is the individual retailer's decision on the final selling price. Other weapons are being planned, but I have not been commissioned for them yet.

Here's hoping there's a Null Ray in our future, I think I've racked up more kills with it than any other weapon

Whoa. I normally don't care too much about Prime having an axe, but that is pure badass. :D
