TFStickers.com--need some opinions.

I'm a die-hard reprolabels.com fan, and I'm not looking to switch allegiance any time soon, but I came across this site (tfstickers.com) while cruising e-bay and realized I didn't know another repro sticker place even existed. Anyone ever used them and can vouch for their product? If they have something reprolabels doesn't I wouldn't mind patronizing another repro sticker site.

I'm not holding my breath that their quality is up to reprolabels.com's level, but my curiosity is getting the better of me!

Thanks in advance!

Never heard of them either. But if they use actual foil for their stickers instead of the Reprolabels plastic ones, I'm interested. Reprolabels just don't look the same, even if they are high-quality.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. It's hard to tell what's going on from their listings, but they almost look like original runs of the stickers.

I'm looking to spruce up my Metroplex, and this set is quite a bit cheaper than reprolabels, and with free shipping! Their feedback on e-bay is pretty high, so I'm leaning towards giving them a shot...

I just placed an order with them fr the first time, will let you know the quality.

I usually use reprolables, but I dont like how their insignia's are off centre to the background colour.

I have also tried Doufaceb's Hobby with mixed results. Some sheets were fine, others were messed up in printing. I wouldnt recommend them.

Awesome. Thanks for doing the leg work!

I also see on e-bay that their customers rave about their fast shipping times, so I'd be interested to know that as well. Nothing against reprolabels (since I know they're in Canada), but sometimes it's tough waiting for that sticker set to finally complete your refurbished G1 ___________, ya know? Oh, and thanks for the warning about Doufaceb's...never even heard of them.

they are out of canada as well, they have a strong ebay presence. ordered once from the, one set was missing, two sets had printer damage making them unusable.

okay, got my order in from TF stickers, and it is really impressive. Colours are spot one, has the silver foil etc etc.

I give my recommendation :APPLAUSE:

the sticker sheets feel heavier, more like g1 sticker sheets than reprolabels

This is weird. I checked up their site and they got Jazz's labels mixed up. It lacks his "stereo" component label at his belly, he's got Prowl's(?) Police tag and Brawn's hip guard labels. And the blue headlight label looks like that of Prowl.

Just placed an order for Elite Guard symbols with capturedprey.com - reasonably priced and free shipping (to Ireland, at least)

I'll let you know about quality when they get here...

My order shipped on August 3rd, still hasn't arrived. It's one set each of faction stickers. I know it's from Canada to the US but seems kinda long.

Of course, now they will be there at home since I said they weren't here yet!

Ha! That's how it always works for me, too!

me too, the moment I send an email to an ebay seller complaining about lack of delivery, the thing shows up making me look like an ass.

happened today with a G1 windsweeper I was waiting for.

Finally arrived today, 3 weeks to the day they marked it as "shipped" on eBay. Haven't checked them out yet, but at least they arrived.

Well, at least they're here. Doesn't make me very optimistic about mine, which were shipped this past Saturday... :-( Let me know if yours are as good as the others I've heard about!

Well, got my Metroplex stickers today (pretty fast, actually). While I like the overall weight of the sticker sheets, I must say that some of the stickers look almost "rubbed off", like the printer they were using couldn't quite handle the job--especially noticable on the black stickers. I still plan on using them (I could even touch up the black if necessary), but I think I may stick with reprolabels for the majority of sticker purchases. The only exceptions might be for those rare occasions (like this one) when I can save over $10 by going with tfstickers.com.

Or, maybe this is just a bum sheet of stickers? Anyone else's look like this?
