Although I haven't seen the review yet, I'm very pleased with him. I'll have to look at it sometime later, when I'm not in a hurry.

I'd love to see this guy painted like the Python Patrol Conquest from the G.I.Joe line.

No, the black figure shown in the very first seconds of the video. It s called Stronius. It`s from another great toyline called Bionicle, wich i happen to be a fan of.

Not sure about mold of the year, but Drift is most excellent. Finally opened mine last night and was so surprised about how awesome it is. The character may be hated by a lot of fans, but he sure makes a great figure.

I'm really liking the direction that current TF toy design is heading in. We're finally seeing more and more newer mainline figures with more complex transformation designs.
The nosecone transformation and the way that the hands are hidden in alt mode are two things that I really like about Terradive's transformation design.
We're also seeing more hands rather than blocks with 5mm peg holes and I'm all for more hand like sculpts than the old school block "fists" on TF toys.

I have seen this guy over and over and can't wait to get him. I have seeker mania as I have renamed ROTF Dirge to something else because of Generations Dirge. What I like about Terradive and Dirge is the transformations are nice. The concealment of the robot modes are amazing. I would love to see different colors and weapons for this guy and not just a repaint.
He will be added to my eoG1 collection along with Mindwipe and the other guy that goes with him if I can find him.

I hope we get a nice classy ((+)Conquest x-30 style)
Autobot repaint with a new pilot's helmet styled head.
I mean imagine him in the off=white, black, and yellow
color scheme. It would look solid and clean which
fits nicely with the current deco trend. You could
call him "Slipstream" like the Conquest's x-30's pilot
or Ace or Barrel-Roll. They probably still have the
rights to that last one(%).

I like Drift....but he's kinda a shell former. Plus his transformation is very simple. I think though I don't have him yet WFC Bumblebee is one tough toy to change and is one heck of a mold. Generations this time is not as surprising as ROTF. I truly dig Mindwipe, Bludgeon, and Dirge as greeat examples of both alt and robot molds for this year

I have to throw in my 2 pennies here. I really don't like the WFC Bumblebee mold. I was disappointed with the transformation. I thought it would be a lot more intersting that it turned out to be.
I do agree with you on Mindwipe and Bludgeon though. They are solid figures all around. RoTF Dirge is not my cup of tea though.

Im not crazy about the star wars style head and choice of weapon. But I love the plane mode and the orange color is what makes him stand out. They should have just named him Sunstorm. I hope there are two more repaints to make another complete seeker team.
And no disrespect to the guy who made the video, but why must the word "GEEK" be used in the screen title ??? This is a false stereotype about Transformer fans that needs to be abolished. I just had to put that out there. Once again I mean no disrespect. He did a great job on the review.

I like this guy and will def be picking him up but he definitely looks like he could be straight out of the Star Wars Cross over line to me.
Hopefully we get an Autobot repaint with a new weapon and head sculpt.

I gotta say I'm pretty impressed with this guy myself. The only thing I'm not digging is the headsculpt. So I'm really hoping we see a remold & repaint, they could even give it a different weapon a la Drift & Blurr. One thing I have to say though is that Terradive's weapon looks very flimsy. Hopefully that isn't the case. I could see a lot of kids breaking it.
