I was making a movie toy haul at the Salem, NH TRU on 6/2 when the last Classics Jetfire caught my eye  . He's awesome because it looks so complex and complicated when he is one of most simple transformations to come out in the past year(mini-cons and scouts aside). I appluad Hasbro for the extreame detail put in, i.e. thrusters on ball joints, not to mention the three modes all look bad ass 8) .If you are a fan of Classics Jetfire let it be known, post what you like, love, or any gripe you have twards it ;)^ .

I'll bite, I've got my Classics Jets sittin next to my computer and have since I bought it. Love it, love that it's a design used in a comic, and yes, the detailing on him rocks my socks... definitely one of the best classics figures ever.

I was just recently able to get Classics Jetfire, and he is a great figure. The backpack makes him a little top heavy and so requires some handling to get in more complex poses. But he looks absolutely amazing.

He's got lotsa of articulation, although i would have liked a rotating joint on his upper thigh instead of or in addition to the one below his knee.

He is fully armed. and his battle helmet looks pretty good.

All in all a great purchase, at 12.99.

Ahh for 20 more in the deal i also got Cyb Primus. He looks awesome, just haven't had time to take him out of his box.

I really love my Classics Jetfire. He's one of the few transformers I am guranteed to transform at least twice a day. He's not on my desk however; no, he's in my massive Classics display on my top shelf!!!

Truly, he is beautiful in all three modes. I love how they combined the WWI design (correct me if I'm wrong, I'm not sure which design it is) and the G1 design, the helmet is great and well detailed, and spots that would never see the sun have incredible detail!

Easily worth £20.

The greatest bonus of all: no sound effects!!!

I got classics Meg instead, but I have to admit,
classics Jetfire is the numero uno classics figure.

Classics Jetfire was based on Jetfire in Stormbringer.
The Titanium Jetfire was based on WWI Jetfire.
Who cares though, it's such an awesome figure!

Classics jetfire is bloody fantastic, however he isn't perfect, the ears on his helmet really let him down. So I mod'ed them, sure it means I have to leave the helmet out of the transformation and the jet-mode has a couple of holes in it but it makes him more accurate to Stormbringer Jetfire and most importantly not look retarded with his helmet on.

He looks sweet just sitting in the box. Reminds me more of cartoon Skyfire than G1 Jetfire does. He's the only Classics figure I have, except for TRU Soundwave.

A must buy. If you don't have him, you kinda suck :P

I have 3 or 4 of them. The feet suck. The tabs that hold the backpack on break incredibly easy.

How did you get Jetfire for that price? I had to pay the full $21.99 at Toys R Us, because NO ONE had him, and no one still does. Like the Titanium G1 Ultra Magnus of the Classics line...

Anyway, I have so much love for Classics Voyager Jetfire.

He IS THE CLASSICS figure to have. If you can only have one, he is IT.

He takes style, design, and engineering to a whole new level. He is also built like a tank. I just LOVE that.

I bought him at my local Wal-Mart from the clearance bin. He was in there with a couple of Classics Primes, and a Cybertron Demolishor re-color, forget his name.

In any case, he was the only one there, and i was kind of surprised to see Primus that cheap also. I guess they where updating their computers or something, cause i scanned Primus 3 times, the first time he came up as a 9.99 Deluxe Bumblebee.

And I'm like waaaaaait a minute... so i scan him again and he pops up as Primus at 39.99, so just to be sure i scanned him a third time and he pops up as Primus but at 19.99, that's when i ran to the checkout. The cashier registered as Primus 19.99. It was pretty weird.

Good find!

The Demolishor redeco is still named Demolishor, BTW.

I payed full price for Classics Jetfire after months of searching. Totally worth it. I haven't seen him in stores since then, and I'm not surprised.

This figure is proof positive that gimmicks can rock.

That right there is the reason I hate the figure. It might be the stupidest exclusion on a figure I've ever seen. Without that his leg posability goes down the shitter in comparison with his upper body. Too bad too because if that had been included I would have loved the figure.

yeah... I had to shell out $20 also(luckily in tax free NH :P), but he's worth it. :D

I can defintely see why that you don't like it, but IMO this slight lack of leg poseablity doesn't ruin overall poesability and/or playablility. :-?

One of the 'ears' on my one's helmet was put on a bit of an angle, so it looks a bit strange, and the rotation below the knee instead oif above is really annoying too. Other than that I really do love him a lot. Such a great homage to both the original cartoon and the original toy.

A decade from now, when most of this new stuff is forgotten, Classics Voyager Jetfire will remain a classic with collectors.

I picked Megs up too, aside from the slight Mothra overtone, he's another "Classic"... get it, a "Classic", from the "Classics" line... Yeah I know, really lame  .

Better get while the getting is good...the movie toys are crowding out everything else...and I am not just talking Energon. I can't find ANY Titaniums, anywhere. Not even Robo-Monkey Prime, the major shelf-warmer of the line.

Classics are vanishing very fast. SO, if you don't want to pay $60 for him online in 6-9 months, then you had better move it.

He is worth every penny though, just not $60 worth.

Oh yeah, I know I'd better get him quick. I already missed out on Starscream and Megatron. Luckily all the stores around here besides TRU are way behind and still have a fairly good stock of Classics and even some Cybertron. Wish I'd gotten C-Galvatron while he was on sale though.

My TRU does have some Titaniums though, they seem to be surviving the Movie so far...

Hey, I really like the mod that you did for him. I was wondering how it would look if the turrets were closer to the helmet. Wish they would have done that in the first place.
