Here's the story.. So before I went to botcon I moved, not out of state moved but moved to the other side of town. The long process of changing addresses started, the usual ones of course first, BBTS , TFCC etc etc . Uknown to me that if you turn in a change of address after March 16th the TFCC for some reason doesn't update until a month or so later.

So I get back from Botcon and I'm waiting to get my DIon and P/Cp. P/CP arrives in a timely manner but no Dion. I begin the task of emailing TFCC for a soloution. They say that because I didn't update my adress before March 16th they automatically sent it to my new addy and Dion was more than likely shipped back to them. According to them a $5 re-send fee must be paid in order for the figure to be mailed back out. So on email #6 I finally get the info straightend out and they say it's on it's way...

I check my mail today and i get a small envelope from TFCC with...........Gi Joe "Big Lob"....



has anyone else had these kind of problems with TFCC?

Well Big Lob was the Joe club toy for this year, so it's likely whoever you spoke to mistagged something when the info was sent to the store/shipping guys.

It's still their mistake, hopefully they will correct it.

Seeing that when I resigned with the club for '09 the confirmation email stated I signed up for the Joe Club, and with how low-tech their websites are, I have a feeling that their entire computer system is out of date, and it's surprising we don't see more issues like this.

According to a email I received from TFCC..Big lob is the figure I requested..Not too sure If I'll order anything from then again..I'll keep my membership because of the botcon discopunt but this is borderline BS, ..

I'm going to call them directly tommorow and try and work this out. Funny part is I really don't even want Dion but the fact I'm owed 1 still keeps me bitchin..

That's surprising to me.

Only problem I had was ordering two old issues along with the Nightbeat figure. I got the old issues and the Nightbeat comic, but no Nightbeat. Waited a week longer, then called them up. They checked the weight of the package they sent, saw that it couldn't have possibly included the figure, and sent it out that day. A few days later, I had my Nightbeat.

No problems here, at all.

I had an unpainted Dion head, but they sent a replacement head right away. So now I have two Dion heads.
