So I only just got Wreckage

(Gimme a break, I'm in the UK) and I'm wondering if anyone else is bothered by the way his whole upper half seems to move when you move his arms? Might just be that mine's stiff or something, but moving the arms up activated the automorph and he begins to close up, its irritating. The only way I can find to stop it is to press on his vehicle-mode's machine gun in his back to stop his.. stomach-cannon moving backward (And thus inhibiting the automorph).

Anyone else have this problem? Any one found a way to stop it?

Haven't found a way to stop it but I have run into these QC problems on half of the figures I own so far. It really has robbed me of some of my excitement for the movie line.

And my Wreckage figure is giving me the same problems.

Yeah, actually, if you read some of the other threads about problems with movie toys, you'll see that I, Cyber Bishop, and others have all complained about Wreckage's chest not locking. And, yes, it is annoying.

I only have Wreckage and `74 BB (wife bought BB for me :) ), and so far I'm not very impressed with this whole Automorph feature so far. Seems to me that if various parts were NOT connected, then things like a non-locking chest wouldn't even be an issue.

Ah well, hopefully the Automorph feature will be dropped from future lines.

Hopefully Automorph is to the movie as Energon weapons are to the Energon series - Exclusive (i woulda mentioned minicons and planet keys but they seem to have leaked into other lines too).

I did notice after my post that lots of people are having the same problem. I think I'll stick a bit of blue-tack on the end of the grey machine gun turret so it sticks to the back of his stomach-blaster-thing. S'what I did to keep Dead-End in Unicron's "forehead"

Scroll down, I said something similar about his chest moving when you move his arms.
