According to TFSource.com, the MP-05 Accessory kit has been upgraded. The piece has added weight to make it feel more realistic, however the price is also higher at $55.95 (unless you already pre-ordered, these people will be grandfathered and not charged the difference).

I'd wish they made two metal trigger halves also with both the trigger and the clips made of diecast too in the near future.

Metal trigger parts is actually not a bad idea. One of the clips that hold the segment into the bottom of the gun body snapped off about a week after I got him...good old die cast wouldn't have done that!
'they don't make 'em like they used too'

Agreed. I think dies cast legs would have helped tremendously with the top heavy issue.
I need to come up with a way to weigh down his left side when his cannon is on as the canon makes it wicked hard to pose him.

If his body frame was diecast, it would be a non-issue.
I still love the Titanium line for this very reason...except DiaperWave. What a waste...um, no pun intended.

haha.
Theres always led tape.

Maybe pop the legs open and throw some lead tape inside. Do the same for the left arm. That should fix his balance.

More than anyone will ever know!
All this said though, Megs still looks fantastic, and seeing the two standing together- well it's just cool!

I kinda wish they included the ginormous sword the Japanese version came with.

I same thing happened to me ironically hinomars. That is why! By manufacturing metal halves there wouldn't be such problem. It also makes the p -38 more realistic ,and gives the robot a little added extra weight. Well there is always hope.

May the chinese tf bootleggers find out about this ,and make the fully die cast metal trigger halves as soon as possible.
It would definately benefit alot of people. I'm sure.

Optimus Primal: Diecast construction... It's a lost art.

TFSource boosted the price from $45 to $55....there better be other places getting this because I'm not spending that much for just parts on my MP-05.

Sucks doesn't it?

still, they are removable, so it's not impossible to make replacement metal parts. It is a very good idea.
Though while we're on the subject, I thought the engineering side behind the whole trigger section was very clever...
Even so, my G1 Megs still stands proud^^
