Mystery Transformer?

Hey does anyone know who is this transformer? Any other info would be helpful too (Eg.When was he seen,Any youtube videos of him,And how rare he is?)Thanks alot.

Beast Machines Scavenger. He is not rare you can pick him up pretty cheap. The mold was also used in RID line and universe lines.

My fault you are absolutely right, I was thinking the two pack was universe but it was just RID.
