ok so i was down a carboot and i found arocklord granite in a box so i bought it for the total of 10.......................................................................p hes not a badlitle figure especially for an 80's toy12 points of articulation all for transformation but still pretty cool i also got a rotf skids complete in box for a pound bargain it is awesomeany way back to the point does anyone else like the rock lords or is it just me

As for Rock Lords, I had the gold nugget one back in the day, but there was something wrong with it, so I took it back and got something else instead. Even without that problem, the play value became a little suspect, I mean, it's a rock. Cue Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown reference.

"I turn into a truck!"

"I turn into a jet!"

"I turn into a rock..."

But if you like it, that's what matters most.

I loved Rock Lords as a kid--Sticks 'n' Stone was my favorite. :grin:

Haha, somehow it didn't hit me that turning into a rock was dumb. I even liked those two He-Man dudes who turned into rocks.

the reason i like them because they are good articulate toys for their time and they actually have a use rather than just a toy because i use them as paperweights at work :lol:

but they are also a good conversation pieced too

I still have a Rock Lords "Nugget" toy. I keep him with the rest of my mini-bots. It's actually not a bad toy!

lol I had a Rock Lord when I was a kid. I can't even remember which one. It was really lame, but cool at the same time.

I sold rock lords at this year's botcon, I couldnt believe how well they did. People bought them up all weekend.
