My local toys r us, target, and wallymart have been selling the new fugures for about two montsh already and the shelves are still full. i expected drift, thrust and HA jazz to be sold out by now, and they arent. only wave 2 of pcc have sold but not the rest. anyone else seeing this problem? will this effect when future wave are going to be released?

Maybe they are selling very fast and retailers are just putting out lots of new product to replenish the pegs. That's what I choose to believe at least.

Survived? They made a killing! In fact, i wish they still ran that line.

Just wait for x-mas that will unclog a lot of the older stock.

I'm not sure they're not selling, I think that stores are receiving either more product or receiving it faster than it can sell out. At least that's how it seems at the stores here(probably all in preparation for holiday shopping which should begin soonish). Collectors grab it early(or online), scalpers realize it's not going to be as rare as they thought(or hoped), and parents haven't started holiday shopping just yet.

I think they are selling fairly well in my area. I check often enough to see the displays become more than half empty and see them quickly replenished not soon after. It never looks good in stores if you have empty shelves, so they try to keep things as fairly well stocked as possible.

The TRU by my house has had the same stuff for a month now. I was able to get Grimlock, Legends Devastator, and Rampage in the Desert still tho. HFTD, Generations, & PCC look like they havnt been touched. They still have a lot Wave 1.

Here was what a local walmart looked like for me. Lots of HFT stuff, only 1 peg of missing Generations, and then the PCCs... only 3 2-packs and 4 5-packs left. All those empty Pegs in the center are where the PCC went. But like I said before, this is typical for one day, then the next you'll see everything fully stocked. Save for old stuff, you can't really tell how well new stuff is selling based on what you see on the shelves in a single day. When I worked in retail, it was frowned upon by managers if we left any pegs not fully stocked by the end of the day.

well i know ive bought most of the PCC 2 packs and all the new Generations figures and so have most of the people i know:s id say they're just re-stocking quickly... either that or your local store is in a sleepy area?

This topic gets brought up in every line that comes out as people look for ways to justify their dislike of current trends.

Happened with Movie stuff, Animated stuff, Cybertron...etc etc.

Yep, people went on and on about how Animated wasn't selling, but I never saw any evidence of it. Not in my neck of the woods anyway.

So your stores actually keep their shelves well-stocked? Lucky.
