I've touched up some old figures in the past using acrylics and it has worked out nicely. I tried touching up some old scramble city peg-heads and the paint tends to scrape off easily when the peg-head is used for combination. Will enamel work better?

There really is no clean way to say this so I'll just say it LOL
Any kind of repainted joint that gets alot of rubbing or friction , the paint is gonna wear.. My best advice is just keep the touch up paint handy..

Yeah, painting the heads of a Scramble City limb 'bot is kind of a lost cause. You can try extra coats of sealer, that's probably the only thing that'll help.

A coat of floor varnish may help. It's designed to protect stuff that gets lost of hard wear.
