I haven't really been looking for it. I was never a big fan of Wizkids Pirates game, and I've spent waaayyy too much time playing Magic to want to get into anything else.
Though I wish they'd just do a Transformers D20 manual. I'd buy that.

My friends and i are sick of playing magic and DBZ so we're looking for something new. Since im a Transfan and i got my Firend back into it we thought this would be a good game to play. The only way i found so far to get it is to have the comic store order it for us.

I just found these at Target and picked up 2 packs.
I got Thundercracker, Evac, Longarm and Blackout.
I would have gotten more but they were over $4.00 a pack.
Now all I gotta do is convince my brother to play this with me tonight.

I just got a pack at a comic store. If they didnt hold one for me i wouldnt have gotten any. I guess people are buying the cards. I got Megatron and Swerve. Now to figure out how to play it. Oh and Megatron sucks. Swerve is cool but megs looks retarded. I might have to swing by target and see if they have them yet.
Edit: Funny thing is that the pack i got has Megatron on the wrapper and i got Megs in the pack. Now to try and get barricade.

I slapped up a post about these in the TF General forum.
I got Jetfire in my Toyfare magazine. The game looks really crappy, the whatever-you-call-them TF cards are really crappy looking as well.
If only Wizards made a TF miniatures game like they did with Star Wars. Would have been a helluva lot better.

Just got 2 more packs today. got Bonecrusher, Brawl, and 2 Cliffjumpers.I might get 1 or 2 more packs then im waiting untill they are on clearence like the Gundam MS war cards. Now if wizards will make a real cardgame that would be great. This isnt to bad but some of the cards take to long to transform. That and theres to much luck involved. They shoud've added weapon cards or powerup cards. I think ill just finish working on my own TF card game.

I love card games, i love those wierd hybrid model card games, i love transformers-i did not like the movie "card" game-it is a confoluted version of rock, paper, sissors-frankly i expected more from wizards of the coast.

Yes I did. There was a box of them in the Nord's gaming store in Northgate Mall here in Cincinnati. The box was about half full. I turned down the opportunity to buy some because they look a little cheesy. On the otherhand, $3.99 a pack isn't a bad price when compared to other card games. I couldn't tell you how many come in a pack though.

I found them in my local game/hobby store that sells RPGs/miniatures/card games/etc. It's true that it costs about $2.00 per character since there's only two per pack. I got Swerve and Wreckage.
I think the characters are interesting, but I would prefer toys. The battle system is overly simplistic and is difficult to play solo. They do have good concepts with different attacks per transformation, but without additional cards to enhance character abilities, there's only so far it can go.

yeah i agree. Right now my friend and i are trying to find a way to incorperate enhancement cards. Maybe even get rid of the main card and replace it with another. Try to make it more of a turn based game like magic or .hack not just pick a random color and hope you win. Posibly what we might do is break the main card down into a few diffrent cards and then add them to the ones we've already worked on for the previous card game we were makeing. Also when we've been playing we've used the real figures. Some arent the movie ones but we use the closest one. Like for Brawl we use G1 Brawl or Demolisher. The card figures are good to have though. You cant carry all the figures around with you. Wizards had a good idea but they didnt put enough effert into it.
