Now that the original G1 roster is getting ever more slender, anyone have any thoughts on who or what characters should be 'Classisized' next? Headmasters? More Target Masters? Powermasters? G2? More Beast Wars? Are Energon and Armada characters deserving of 'Classic' status?

I'd personally love to see Classics Headmasters. I loved Headmasters very much, those for me were the last hurrah for Transformers before I'd initially 'outgrew' toys, lol. I think they'd be an absolute riot, even in the deluxe size.

What does everyone think?

I would love for them to make new Headmasters. Maybe even some Action Master characters made as legitimate transformers.

I would love to see Classics headmasters. Especially Chromedome and Mindwipe.

The Universe Hardhead wasn't bad but still not his headmasteree goodness...


I honestly think that if hasbro would just make the original 7 Headmasters, that stores wouldn't be able to keep them stocked.

Powermaster YES! Right after that Headmaster mooted by all of you,I think they should be wise enough to release a Powermaster with a bang.Joyride,Getaway,now that should be pretty exciting.

By the way,after getting myself Universe Powerglide (taken that Powerglide is loosely considered a Classics) I had vision of other characters (read:puny) that can do splendid mega upgrading

2) Cosmos
3) Pipes
4) Wheelie (or should he just go into Generations..or disappear.. )

They'd likely be rebranded as Mini-cons instead of Head/Target/Powermasters.

I will jump oh the Headmasters boat. Still, a few G1 Classics I personally would like to see first. Deluxe headmasters could be cool. I still want a TFG Blitzwing tho! Lol!

I'd like to see some G2 characters, late/post-G1 (the ___-masters), some comic characters... I loved Beast Wars, but I'd like to see them do it right. Anything newer I'm not sure I could consider "classic" just yet. But pretty much anything in the G1 continuities I'd be game for.

Sadly the only 'masters' I ever liked were the Micromasters (modern minicons take their places), and Targetmasters. I never wanted a Headmaster or Powermaster growing up, because if you lost the little guy the big guy became useless.

How about the combiners, and not the Energon or Power Core guys. I wanna see the real thing, updated with modern designs and have fully transformable parts.

Sweet! It's good to see that Headmasters are still close to people's hearts!

I like that they're throwing the occasional "latter US G1" character in there (actionmasters, pretenders, etc) and I hope they continue. I'd really like to see more Actionmasters get a Transformation.

Before jumping on to the -masters wagon though, I want to see more Season 3 characters, like some of the combiner teams fully completed. I don't care right now if they don't combine (though I know it would be a sticking point for a lot of people), I just want to see updated Technobots and Horrorcons.

Oh yeah, and Dinobots.

I'd like to see the big guys get the classic treatment: Omega Supreme, Metroplex, Tripticon, Scorponok, etc.
