Your favorite WFC Generations figure

Which WFC Generations figure is your favorite so far? Do you own all four?

I currently only have Optimus and he is my favorite, but he might get replaced by Soundwave (when I find him!). I've been stingy on my figure buying lately so I've passed on BB and Megatron but may get Cliffjumper when he comes out. I'm really hunting for Soundwave currently, and he's the only one I haven't seen yet.

Surprisingly, I think Megatron is my favorite, even though he's the most simplistic and I don't like the pale shade of grey. He just looks the coolest in robot mode, and his transformation is fun. Plus, huge fusion cannon with firing missile!

Bee & Prime are good, I like them both a lot, but I think I'm just a bit disappointed by Soundwave. I think it's because his proportions are quite a bit lankier than his G1 self, and the transformation's not all that interesting.

hands down Megs. He has the best bot mode, so he wins for that reason alone. All the cybertronian alt modes are uninspired.

Megatron, WFC, is actually one of my favorite figures ever made. I also like Optimus Prime, both modes. I like Soundwave, his alt mode is a little boring, but it's good enough for me. Bumble Bee has some cool features, the daggers, he's flexible, but his body is a little weird, but the alternate mode is well put together.

I bought in order: Bumblebee, Optimus, and very recently Megatron.

I really love Optimus. I have him in a great pose from the beginning of the game where he's shooting into the air at some cons. *Also, this Prime has a ball joint head, and that's very cool. Hello Leader Prime and Battle Blades Prime... are you listening!?*

But I also really like Megatron. He doesn't pose as well IMO, but he looks sinister with that big ass cannon and decently proportioned body.

BB... I kinda regret getting.

So I'd rate mine as Bumblebee<Megatron<Prime.

So far, all I have are Bumblebee and Optimus, although I'm debating whether or not to open a Megatron I get last week. Of the two I've opened, Optimus is my favourite, although they're both great figures. I still haven't found Soundwave, but I'm really looking forward to adding him to my Classics collection.

I like Soundwave the best. It's a very nice figure, and it's a Transformation that's just a lot of fun to do.

Megatron is also nice, as is Bumblebee.

Prime is okay, but he's a bit complicated and fiddly for my tastes, at least for a deluxe. He'd have been better as a Voyager.

As far as I'm concerned, WFC Megatron is everything a toy embodiment of the Decepticon leader should be; imposing, powerfully built, and sporting a giant fusion canon the size of an oak tree. A bit lacking in articulation around the shoulders, but he's got enough good points on him to make it forgivable.

OP shares top spot with Megs. I like this fig for his interesting transformation, and despite disliking his alt mode the first time I saw it on promo pics, I'm increasingly attracted to this weird-looking armored truck with the Knight Rider "scanning bar".

I'll go with Megatron, with Prime a close 2nd.

Can't find Soundwave, and BB should be scout class(IMO)

Another vote for Megatron. He's a bit taller and bulkier than the Classics seekers and makes a great Leader for the baddies on my shelf.

I actually like all four of them, but Prime is my favorite.

Basically, in order:

1 ) Prime: Outstanding robot mode, who LOOKS like Optimus Prime without looking like an Earth vehicle. His alt mode has a lot in common with War Within, without looking simply like OP lying down and sticking his arms behind his back. May not be the best alt mode, but it works for him.

2 ) Soundwave: Really awesome 'bot mode, though with a torso SLIGHTLY narrower than I would have preferred for this particular character, and a really nice alt mode. I feel the transform scheme would have better suited Ironhide / Ratchet, but that's a personal opinion. The chest opening to store the weapons is a really nice little touch, and he comes pretty durn close to Prime here.

3 ) (TIE!) Bumblebee and Megatron: Well... Bumblebee's bot mode has awkward proportions, but ones that fit the character perfectly - and his "double width lightcycle" alt mode is fricking awesome. His size, however, detracts, as he is FAR too big in scale. Megatron's robot mode is durn near perfect, even more in character (IMHO) than Prime's, but his tank mode just feels slightly "hollow" on top, and really lets the figure down.

As a whole, all four WFC figures are excellent, surpassing the average by a wide margin. Some, however, are more equal than others. :D

I only have bumblebee and megatron but megatron wins that hands down. I have seen video reviews of prime and soundwave and they just look meh...to me. Bee would win but his alt-mode is too damn complicated. I enjoy fun simple transformations like the seekers, classic prime and WFC Megatron.

I only have OP and BB, and Optimus easily wins out of the two of them. I love the bot mode and the transformation. BB doesn't do it for me, but I understand why some people like him.

Soundwave is a figure I have passed on several times. I doubt I will own him. I don't like his alt mode, and the bot mode proportions are off, imo.

Megatron has been one that I want to get, but the few examples I have checked out in the store have all had flaws. I would like to find a nice example to have with OP. Just haven't been able to yet.

I got Prime, Bumblebee and Megatron, in that order, and I must say Megatron looks great in robot mode, but Prime is a close second. I don't like either of their vehicle modes, but I really like Bee's for some reason. His robot mode leaves something to be desired, but I will still get Cliffjumper because I really like the color, and it goes real well with that vehicle mode, I think. Better than Bee.

You should get Megatron. He is by-far the best and the best made. The others seem real fragile.

Okay, I finally found Soundwave. It took many trips to Target, Walmart, Kohl's, and finally Toys R Us where I got him (they had just one). Its funny, I commonly found the three others in his release (Darkmount, Red Alert, and Megatron.

When I opened Soundwave he did not disappoint. I like him better than Optimus. I prefer his more simplistic transformation and I just really like good Soundwave figures.

This is a no-brainer, really.........

........Megatron. He is just super-win in robot mode! His alt mode is kinda meh, but since I display in robot mode, it's unimportant.

Soundwave, however, is a VERY close second....and his alt mode is as awesome as his robot mode!

Just got Cliffjumper and now he's a close second to my favorite, Soundwave. I didn't buy Bumblebee and for some reason I really like the red color on this mold better. I also like the Cliffjumper head mold more. This is a sweet figure in both modes!

As of right now I only have Megs and Soundwave, and I really dig Megatron. I wish he was larger because he is IMHO one of the most perfect versions of Megatron ever. Great articulation and decent alt mode.

Megatron is the best. Actualy, he's one of the best to come out this year. That's not saying the others are bad, he's just better than the rest.

I think Soundwave is my favorite, especially with his unofficial Cybertronian boombox mode.

Megs is really good, might've beat out Soundwave if not for the boombox mode.

Prime is good, but too complex for a deluxe, and a little too small for Prime, IMO. Same mold as a Voyager would've been 10x the awesome. As is, he looks great as a robot, and he's still really cool, but I always get a little peeved trying to move all those parts on so small a figure to transform it.

Bumblebee, I have come to loathe this version of Bumblebee. He's way too big for the character, and the mold is way, way, way too complex for deluxe size. Last time I was transforming him to car mode, I practically started swearing at the thing and wanted to throw it across the room. And he doesn't even look good as a robot. He's got a good head, and that's about it. Everything else just looks bad.

I passed on Cliffjumper because of how I feel about BB, but he looks a little better in red, I guess. New head is nice, too.
